Zwick Roell Forum for High-Temperature Testing 17th May 2018, Fürstenfeld, Austria
Welcome to the Zwick Roell Forum for High-Temperature Testing We look forward to welcoming you at the premises of Messphysik. Our program of lectures and workshops offers an opportunity to learn about the latest trends and developments in high-temperature testing, creep testing and optical strain measurement. The event provides a setting where experts from research and development, materials testing and quality assurance can meet and exchange information on this specialized field. Discuss the latest testing options with internationally recognized specialists directly alongside the testing machines on display. High-temperature tensile tests in air up to 1,500 C Creep testing and crack growth testing Creep and creep-fatigue testing under alternating load (CF) Testing of hydrogen embrittlement Creep testing of plastics and composites Non-contact optical strain measurement at high temperatures High-temperature tensile tests with induction heating Thermomechanical fatigue testing Modernization options for creep testing machines Customized applications Participation in the event is free of charge. If you require accommodation in the Fürstenfeld area, Messphysik has reserved a number of hotels and will be happy to assist you with individual hotel bookings and airport transfers.

About Messphysik Messphysik was established in 1983 as a commercial enterprise dealing in materials testing machines and accessories. The fact that contact-type strain measurement instruments were increasingly reaching the limits of their use led to the development of an optical strain measurement system. The video extensometer has now been successfully established on the global market for 20 years, in the process giving a new meaning to strain measurement. Since 2006 Messphysik has been part of the Zwick Roell Group. Having originally specialized in non-contact strain measurement, Messphysik is today also the center of excellence for high-temperature testing and creep testing within the Zwick Roell Group. The company is located in Fürstenfeld, approximately 60 km east of Graz in south-eastern Austria. Travel to Messphysik Messphysik is 40 minutes away from Graz international airport (GRZ) and 90 minutes away from Vienna international airport (VIE). We will be happy to arrange a shuttle from the airport to Messphysik (please indicate in the registration form).
