Introduction 5 Introduction This document highlights the issues resolved in the TRANS4M 8.26.3 service pack. Review the Readme document included with the service pack for additional information. This service pack is intended for all TRANS4M customers. Custom code will be overwritten with this service pack. Contact customer support for further information or assistance.
6 Issues Resolved Issues Resolved TRADING PARTNER SPECIFIC UPDATES Autoliv (ALV): EDI Updated Autoliv 862 and 856 to meet current standards. BMW (BMW): Labels BMW labels now include a reserved shipment ODT-BMW container labels. Chrysler (CHY): ASN The Chrysler ASN process was modified to validate the use of the REF*CN values. This was based on a supplier bulletin from Chrysler. General Motors (G_M): ASN The General Motors ASN process was enhanced to process structured packaging. General Motors (G_M): GM Africa Added support for GM Africa under the current General Motors trading partner. General Motors (G_M): Label (2D for Zebra Printer) The GM 2D label for the Zebra printer was updated to match current standards. General Motors (G_M): Label The Supplier area of the GM 2D label was modified to allow the printing of the either the Customer or Internal Part Number. The Misc. field in the barcode template will overwrite these values. The AR number was added to print in this area as well. Harley Davidson (HDM): ASN The Harley Davidson ASN was modified to meet current requirements. Hino (HMM): 826 Load The 862 load process was modified to allow the Bill-to value to be used for the ARCS customer code lookup. This was done to add flexibility in customer code setup. Honda (HON): 850 Load The Honda 850 load for the GPCS process was modified to use the DELTAPO price if the 850 does not include a price. The load report will indicate that the prices came from the DELTAPO Purchase Order record.
Issues Resolved 7 Mercedes (BMU): Labels The mixed and master B10-MERCEDES labels were updated to meet current standards. Navistar (NSP): 850 Update The Navistar 850 load process was updated to include data to support Military Contracts. This data will display on the Part Release display and will add the country of origin to the ASN for export releases. Navistar (NSP): Ship-to The Navistar Service processing was modified to handle a format change to the Ship-to data. Toyota (TOY): ASN The Toyota shipping process was modified to correctly process ASN data when the shipment was manually generated. TRANS4M SPECIFIC UPDATES ALL: Bug Fixes Review Readme.txt included with the Service Pack download file for release 8.26.3. This is a detailed listing of all the fixes for this service pack release (SP103 - SP109). ARCS: Bill of Lading A flag setting was added at the ARCS Ship-to record to allow the combining of like AR numbers. Previously this was done for a few specific trading partners but this new flag will allow the combining of Parts at for all ARCS Ship-to values. ARCS: Shipment Scheduling The shipment scheduling generation process was modified to group CAMI DONS to different trucks based on DON values. ARCS: Shipment Verification Modifications were made to the generic shipment verification process to compare DON values between what is on the shipment and shipment scheduling. ARCS: Canadian Customs Document The Canadian Customs Document will now print generic text. RPS: Expected Daily Receipts Report RPS68: Added the ability to enter Volume UOM to calculate basic estimates of volume by suppler based on part level settings. TWS: Purchase Requisition API TRANS4M Web Services processing now includes an import API to process Purchase Requisitions.

TRANS4M CHARACTER TO WINDOWS UI CRP3: Work Center Load Detail Report CRP4: Work Center Load Summary Report I_C17: Inventory Analysis Report I_C18: Material Analysis Report I_C19: ABC Update Report I_C19: ABC Update Report I_C25: Inventory Transaction History Report I_C26: Inventory Balance History Report I_C27: Work In Process Balance History Report I_C28: Negative On-Hand Balance Report PLATFORM SPECIFIC UPDATES TRANS4M Client: Windows 7 / Windows Server 2008 OS There were a number of fixes to correct problems identified when the TRANS4M Client was running on Windows 7 or Windows Server 2008. Many of the issues were related to running Custom MODS but there were other issues that were corrected as well. Navigator running On-Top ; Print Preview; Applications launching behind; Shipment Scheduling crash; Launching applications from the object table; Issues launching EXE programs such as Part Release Update; Manifest file create issue causing problems running lower security; Generating erroneous errors.
