AUSTRALIAN RENEWABLE FUELS Feed stock handling, product storage and load out 42 ML/yr SA, Australia Lycopodium was engaged by ARF to provide engineering and project management services to rebuild the plant and storage tanks following extensive damage by fire. The project was delivered on time and under budget. BIODIESEL PRODUCERS Feed stock handling and product storage Lycopodium provided the engineering and project management services for the construction of a plant to produce 50,000 TPA of biodiesel (methyl ester). Core technology for the etherification process was provided by BDI (Austria) with Lycopodium incorporating this technology into the overall plant design. WIZARD POWER Concentrated Solar Power Parabolic dish, molten salt storage, steam turbine 0.5 MW electrical SA, Australia Lycopodium acted as the EPCM consultant for a concentrated solar thermal demonstration plant in Whyalla, SA. SWAN HILL ETHANOL Bioethanol 100 ML/yr Lycopodium detailed the grain intake and milling processes, revised the design by Praj, (the Indian core technology provider) to local regulatory requirements, and provided detailed design of the civil/structural work, buildings, pipe bridges, underground services, tank farm, loading/unloading facilities, ethanol bleeding and utilities. CONFIDENTIAL CLIENT Waste-to-Energy Materials handling, waste biomass cogeneration 5 MW electrical NSW, Australia Project definition study and associated engineering, scheduling and capital cost estimation to assist with a funding application for a fuel preparation facility and/or waste to energy facility utilizing construction and demolition waste as the feed stock.
