Alerts can be still viewed in the Enterprise Manager Once the blackout ends, event will be created and notification will be send. Two types of notification blackout: Maintenance Notification Blackout Notification-only Notification Blackout Always-On-Monitoring Provides continuous monitoring of target down or other critical alert even while EM is under maintenance. Email notifications can be configured to be sent when target down and other critical alerts are detected.
