Is your JMS or OMS custom written? Custom If so, in which platform? Oracle, Oracle Forms Does the facility desire solely tablets, solely kiosks or a combination of each? You are encouraged to make a proposal you feel best serves our facility. We do expect tablets but a combination of each would also meet our expectations. What day(s) of the week does the facility prefer delivery by commissary owned truck by commissary company FTEs? Tuesdays and Thursday trucks deliver, and Tuesday through Friday an FTE delivers to the pods. Will the Commissary provider be allowed to utilize the existing jail network as long as it provides its own internet connectivity and system? All required wiring to the housing areas would be available for use. Current wireless access points will not be available for use and you would have to provide any wireless access points needed to facilitate the use of tablet or other wireless devices. Any internet connectivity required for your solution would have to travel over you internet service and not the facility s. Our network team would work with you to setup routes and access control lists. Does the current provider distribute commissary directly to inmates or is this handled by Leon County staff? 1. On page 26-27, Section IX. Insurance, #1 f. The RFP mentions the requirement for an Installation Floater. What is the purpose of the Installation Floater coverage? What exactly is it the County is wishing to protect during the installation process? Keefe feels its General Liability and Property Umbrella Policy would cover any issue that should arise during the contact term. This is a general requirement. a. If the Installation Floater will still be required would it be acceptable that Keefe obtain the Installation Floater and provide proof of coverage when awarded the contract with Leon County? Yes 2. Would the County please consider broadening the tablet technical specifications that are currently in the RFP so that they do not overtly favor a single vendor? You may and are encouraged to make whatever tablet proposal you feel appropriate for our facility. No single vendor is required. No changes will be made to the requirements. 3. Would the County consider requiring Wireless inductive tablet charging as mandatory, as that is the only way to ensure a corrections grade solution delivery? Are these the correct requirements for the scope of this RFP? These are correct. Please provide all information available. SF of facility provides information about the size of facility in which the vendor may have experience working. 8. Is there a specific time that deliveries are required to arrive by on delivery days?
