A CHANGE......WORTH MAKING ACCESSING THE NATIONAL FACILITIES MANAGEMENT FRAMEWORK Accessing the National Framework is designed to be simple and flexible. It can be completed in just a few easy steps. They are: PRE-ENGAGEMENT: Understanding our customer s needs, culture and expectations. We will clearly explain the benefits of accessing the framework to you. This sets out the terms under which you use the framework. It costs nothing to enter into the Access Agreement and does not commit you to you using the framework. Once this has been signed, you can also use as many of Scape s other frameworks as you wish. SERVICE SUITABILITY: We will require you to provide us with key service data and work with you to establish whether what we can do works to meet your individual objectives and budgets. SERVICE REQUEST: This sets out your requirements at feasability stage and then we will provide you with a tailored estimate of costs for the services you require. This stage usually takes 2-4 weeks. SERVICE DEVELOPMENT AND PROPOSAL: We will define and refine the scope of the services you need, based on your own individual requirements. Our costs will be agreed and finalised with you, and a client agreement will be signed. SERVICE DELIVERY: The NEC form of contract, as agreed by you, will be mobilised. We will then deliver the contract through our local teams, providing you with monthly reports to enable you to see how we measure up throughout every step of the process. CONTRACT END AND/OR RENEW: When a contract comes to an end, we will work with you to provide a detailed analysis of our performance to date, and we can discuss a new contract agreement, extension, or contract transfer.
