AGRICULTURE 1. Study and estimate the effects of climate change to agriculture and rural development; 2. Improve agricultural policies and rural development for adapting to climate change; 3. Implement projects on agriculture and rural development for adapting to climate change; WASTE MANAGEMENT 1. The study evaluates the impact of climate change to the field of waste management; 2. To improve the institutional and policy of waste management; 3. Implement solutions to waste treatment towards p reducing greenhouse gases emissions.

PROPAGATION & CAPACITY BUILDING 1. Research in propagation and capacity building; 2. To improve the institutions, policies in propagation and capacity building; 3.
