DEPARTMENT OF CODE ENFORCEMENT CITY OF NIAGARA FALLS, NEW YORK 1/1/15 FEE SCHEDULE No permit shall be issued by the Director of Code Enforcement until fees hereinafter prescribed have been paid to the City Controller and for which receipt has been noted on the application for the permit. No fee shall be required for work undertaken by the City of Niagara Falls, County of Niagara, the School District of Niagara Falls, the Niagara Falls Housing Authority, State of New York or the United States Government. The fees to be paid for permits shall be as follows: A. New Buildings & Additions To Existing Buildings. This does not include mechanical equipment, plumbing, heating and electrical work(s), which require separate permits. 1. Residential buildings, including accessory structures, i.e. porches, carports, additions, garages, sheds, etc. Per each 1,000 cubic feet $15.00 Minimum fee $45.00 2. Commercial and industrial buildings: B. Other Work: Per each 1,000 cubic feet $20.00 Minimum fee $250.00 1.
