Recognise importance of inclusion by gender, race, social and rural. 9. Develop long term succession plans for best practice projects.

Next steps: Industry engagement and involvement central to success. A true partnership with shared: objectives, ownership, responsibility and delivery. Move Labour Market Information to intelligence, to better inform forecasting. Fully engage with Cardiff Capital Region to inform a single regional strategy. Maximise our return from EU funding to ensure succession of best practice. Connect local and regional resources to enable capacity for change. Wider stakeholder engagement to test and develop recommendations. Leadership from delivery partners to define action and collaborative outcomes. LSkIP as a catalyst for strategic and collaborative action by all stakeholders.
