New York State has over 14,000 psychologists in the state of New York. licensed Our participants generally work in private practice, hospitals, clinics, public and private institutions, and academia as researchers, and consultants. This year, NYSPA is reaching out to graduate students across the nation. What they all have in common is the desire to learn about services they need both professionally and personally. The New York State Psychological Association (NYSPA) has been a pioneer organization for psychology in America. NYSPA has been in the forefront of most professional advances in the world of psychology. It was the first state psychological association. It was the first group to press for legislation recognizing the professional of psychology. Take this opportunity to present your services to hundreds of psychologists and other mental health professionals to reach the many areas of clinical and administration practices. 1. Purpose The purpose of all the exhibits shall serve the interests of the Association and the field of mental health. NYSPA reserves the right to require withdrawal of an exhibit if the Association believes it may be injurious to the purpose of the Association. 2. Table Information All tables are 6 x 30 and include two chairs. Electricity must be requested prior to the event. 3. Exhibit Schedule The exhibit area will be ready for setup at 4:30 PM on Thursday, May 31, 2018. 4. Cancellations Cancellations can be made up to 5 days in advance of the event. A cancellation fee will be attached.
