2 SIGNAGE MATERIALS CHOOSING THE RIGHT MATERIAL. Our products and services include design consultation, advice on application and best materials for the job. We pride ourselves on quality and value, using only the best tried and tested materials from major manufacturers, the most common materials are:- Self-adhesive A gloss finish, adhesive material with a peel off backing for easy fixing. Ideal for long term displays with the highest degree of brilliancy, stability and durability indoor and outdoor with AGF applied. Application onto flat and semi curved surfaces. Must apply to a clean, dry, smooth surface for best results. Available in various strengths. Rigid Plastic Rigid PVC is available at 1mm and 3mm thick. Is an economic and very versatile material that is strong and rigid with good impact strength and low moisture absorbency. Suitable for indoor and outdoor use. Rigid Plastic with a Self-adhesive Backing 1mm or 3mm thick PVC with a self-adhesive backing for interior use on smooth surfaces. Photoluminescent Glow in the dark photoluminescent signs that are ideal for fire exit and fire equipment signs. 3 3, 5, 8,10mm Foamex Foamex is available at 3mm, 5mm or 8mm thick. Foamex will not crumble away, and has a completely flat and consistent thickness. It is very cost-effective, and has good durability. Suitable for indoor and outdoor use. Aluminium Composite Panel Aluminium Composite Panel (ACP) is available at 3mm thick. The Aluminium Composite Panel consists of two aluminium sheets which are chemically and mechanically bonded to a polyethylene core. A very flat, light weight, strong sheet that has high impact strength and is weather resistant; it is a premium signage material. Available in white or grey back and with or without rails. Has the highest durability. Has NO scrap or theft value. Zinctec 1mm thick steel sheet which is zinc coated, ideal for external temporary signage. Traffic Signs RA2 reflective material that is mounted on a 3mm aluminium plate. Signs with a Channel Signs with channel on the back are designed for being fitted to posts. 10 BRANDED WORKWEAR Printing your designs onto special vinyl and then applying the vinyl onto the garment using a commercial heat press. It enables full-colour images to be printed very quickly and is a great option for promotional clothing. 11 LABELS & STICKERS Our vinyl stickers are printed onto a standard high quality vinyl, unlike paper stickers vinyl stickers are tough, they don t tear, they don t come off in the wet and the print does not run. Alternatives such as Supertack vinyl that has a high strength adhesive and will stick onto almost any surface, we also can provide Tamper Evident vinyl which cracks if it is picked at.
