View employee e-mail addresses in the current Maintenance Module of the CashANALYZER Main Menu. Conversion Day: Log-In Information usave the new CashANALYZER Log In screen to your favorites or shortcuts. https://cashanalyzer.openbank.com uenter Company Number: All Company Numbers are a minimum of five digits: Enter preceding zeroes for any company number less than five digits Example: Company Number 999 will now be entered as 00999 uenter User ID: User IDs are case sensitive. All current User IDs are being converted to lower case letters. uenter Temporary Password: A temporary password will be e-mailed to each user one week prior to your company s conversion date. If users have not received their temporary password three days prior to your conversion date, please call our CashANALYZER Support Line at 844-663-5291. usecurity Tokens: Users with a security token will continue to use their current token. utrusteer Security Message: All users will see a Security Message during their first log in to the new system prompting them to download IBM Trusteer s Rapport security software. Dollar Bank provides Trusteer Rapport at no cost. We recommend that you download this software for all business and personal computers as an added protection against financial malware and viruses. ureview these important activities on conversion day. Save the new CashANALYZER Log In screen to your favorites or shortcuts. https://cashanalyzer.openbank.com Review account listings to verify access. Explore and customize your Dashboard. Check your Bill Payment Vendor List for accuracy. ACH and Wire Transfer users should review templates for accuracy. Visit elearning modules to gain familiarity of new functionality. Customize new Alerts for you and company users. 2

Summary of Functions Review the topics and services of interest. uadministration Tab Account Preferences: Define account names/nicknames in account preferences. Login: Reset the User ID for users who have been locked out of the system. Password: Change or reset user passwords. Reports: View activity of company users over designated periods. Search audit trail reports displaying user changes. View user access to services and service limits. 3

udashboard Widgets: Dashboard Widgets can be edited, collapsed or removed. Shortcuts Widget allows you to define your priority activities for quick access on your dashboard. Account Balances Widget provides a quick look at account balances for all or selected accounts. Action List arrows within Account Balances provide links to commonly used information such as prior day and current day account activity. Reports Widget accesses commonly used reports with customized reports for specifically defined users. Special Reports Widget will display Dollar Bank defined reports such as a Sweep Collateral Report. Note: Use the Refresh Data button at any time to update account balance and activity with real-time data. 4

uaccounts Tab Provides all-in-one access to reports, current and prior-day account balance activity, cash position and account research Use Account and Research Tools to: Build search templates that can be stored and reused with standard data and formatting. Display a list of stored parameter driven export files that users build. Access 18 months of statements for each account. Search for a specific transaction type or group of transactions. ucheck Services Tab Manage stop payment requests: Create or cancel stop payments Multiple stops and cancels may be placed on one screen. Note: Stop payment fee will apply. Stop payments expire after 12 months. Note: A new stop must be entered to extend a stop. Provides access to images of: Checks paid Deposited items Returned items 5

utools Tab Provides access to tools that will make banking more convenient. Customer defined Alerts: Check number cleared Password expiration reminder Payment status of a wire, ACH or transfer Personal reminder Secure message notification Contact information was updated New user was updated Password was changed or reset Designate a quiet time period where no alerts will be received Select Standard Banks to search for Wire and ACH bank routing numbers Select Password to change your password and a new temporary password will be sent to you via the e-mail address on file with Dollar Bank. You no longer need to call the bank to reset your password. Change your default dashboard screen under Startup Screen. The change will take effect on your next log in. 6

upayments Tab Originate Bill Payments, ACH and Wire Transactions: Schedule recurring ACH and Wire transactions. Create wire transfers between Dollar Bank account holders as a Book Wire Transfer. View Dollar Bank s holiday processing calendar. Security of these transactions can be enhanced with Dual Control activation. ACH and Wire Origination history reports can be viewed here. 7

utransfers Tab Transfer funds from one Dollar Bank account to many Dollar Bank accounts. Transfer funds from many Dollar Bank accounts to one Dollar Bank account. Transfer funds from a Dollar Bank checking account to a Dollar Bank loan account. Save transfer templates for recurring use. Security of these transactions can be enhanced with Dual Control activation. uadditional Services Tab Access to additional products and services offered by Dollar Bank.
