RULES, REGULATIONS, & DISCLAIMERS Cancellations CMLA reserves the right to sell any canceled booth or table space to a third party, with no refund to the original purchaser. Food & Beverages No outside food and beverage allowed at Sports Authority Field at Mile High. Event Performance CMLA is not responsible for poor event performance due to weather, acts of God, terrorism, personal strife, or other conditions outside CMLA s control. Any lack of performance or loss suffered as a result of such events shall be the responsibility of the exhibitor and no refunds or credits shall be due. Admission & Fees Exhibitors must have a pass to attend the Expo. Additional Expo passes are not included, but may be purchased. Must be a Member of CMLA at the time of registering and during the event to receive member pricing. Exhibit Space Availability Exhibit space is limited and is available on a first-come, first-served basis. You may provide notes on the exhibitor registration form about your exhibit space preferences and they will be taken into consideration. Staff will be in contact to confirm availability based on the order that exhibitor registration forms and payments are received. Branding Use of the CMLA logo is strictly prohibited. Authority CMLA reserves the right to refuse sale of exhibit space and sponsorships to any individual, company, organization, or other entity. Exhibitors may not sell, lease, sublet, or otherwise share exhibit space. Under no circumstances will booth or table space be held prior to receipt of a completed exhibitor registration form and complete payment.
