Bidders shall note that the replacement of the ceiling grid and acoustic tiles shall be included in the base bid and the retention and modification of the existing ceiling system shall be an alternate price. Included in the base bid for shall be the requirement to extend all partitions 150mm above the t-bar suspension system and brace partitions directly to the underside of structure as noted on the drawing A4.1 Reflected Ceiling Plan. 2. Bidders shall disregard reference to specifications sections 01 11 00 Summary of Work and 01 32 13 Schedule of Division 1 noted in the Bid Form (Section 00 41 13). 3. A cash allowance has been included for graphic film only. Sandblast film shall be included in the base bid. 4. The door portal detailed in drawings 5/A6.1 and 6/A6.1 shall be constructed as a millwork piece to be installed following the installation of the door.
