Leading for Loyalty ASSESSMENT - LEADER This assessment is designed to determine how well you are Leading for Loyalty and will allow you to assess the degree to which your management and leadership behaviours align with the Leading for Loyalty Model for enhancing employee motivation and retention. Read each statement and enter your numerical rating (1-5) in the open box to the right.
