EU partners offer a high quality and diversified course catalogue in all thematic needs. In ACP we have 5 experienced HEIs: Africa UA and UNICV; UWI; UNTL and USP. To enrich the partnership and promote the exchange of best practices and know-how we invited HEIs that have never participated in EMA. As part of the strategy to disseminate the project over a vast geographical area, the partnership includes 9 associates: 6 in ; 6 in Eastern & ; 6 in Southern Africa; 5 in ; in ; in and 3 in Europe. From these we count with 3 important university associations (SG, AULP, AUF), regional networks (RUFORUM, ANIE), 5 ONGS (ADRA, AFVMC, CEAUP, KULIMA, MULEIDE), institute (IBE), and ACP HEIs.Our partnership is fully committed to create the grounds to enable ACP HEIs to actively participate in their country s HE changing process. To allow it, and despite the fact that all thematic areas are eligible, we will give emphasis to education and teacher training, medical Sci., engineering and technology, applied Sci. and informatics, agriculture, natural and social Sci., management, defined as priority areas by the countries strategy

papers and also by our ACP partners. DREAM foresees a total of 90 mobility flows: 76 from ACP to EU and from EU to the ACP. These flows, types and duration were defined in full accordance with the ACP priorities.
