(SEE OWNER FOR LOCATION BEFORE START OF WORK). $ Demolition: Front Elevation: Remove and dispose of existing commercial storefront exterior materials as illustrated by Architectural renderings, Including: Signage, cedar shingles, siding, wooden structure, and related materials at. T-111 and related materials at 223 S. Lafayette. Flat boards/trims and related materials above commercial windows at 225 S. Lafayette. Four (4) Aluminum Doors/hardware, storefront framing including (fourteen) 14 commercial sized panes of glass for building address 221, 223, and 225 S. Lafayette, the 22 angle door sunburst, and related materials Remove, hold, re-install existing signage in same location, see architectural renderings for more details 1

All pricing within this scope of work will reflect modifications to interior areas to allow installation of storefronts, transom windows, windows, and doors. Modifications to exterior will result in many changes to interior surfaces, all interior changes due to exterior work will be brought back to finish stage (I.E. trim material, caulking, priming (if needed) painting and/or staining). Interior trim materials will match surrounding adjacent materials as closely as possible. Verify style and size of matching trims with owner before installation of any materials. $ 221, 223, and 225 S. Lafayette - Storefronts: Furnish and install new (bronze) anodized aluminum fixed framing as manufactured by Tubelite, Inc. or approved equal, into existing space and clear 1 inch insulated safety glass. Include caulking, labor; and trim materials (smooth texture Hardy style cement board trim work (if needed). Upon completion the new framing/windows will have the same design as shown on Architectural rendering supplied with energy efficient windows and a weather tight exterior. Further detail and guidance will be provided at contractor walk thru. $ 221, 223, and 225 S. Lafayette Aluminum Entry Doors and Frames: Furnish and install new (bronze) anodized aluminum frames and entry doors as manufactured by Tubelite, Inc. or approved equal. Make sure doors swing out per code. Verify door style, color, and finish of door with owner prior to purchase and installation. Include Stanley commercial grade closer, interior push bar, exterior pull handle, and a commercial Grade lock set with two keys per lock installed per manufacturer s written instructions and industry standards. Upon completion, all exterior doors will be matching, solid, secure, and weather tight. NOTE 1: Furnish and install new (bronze) anodized aluminum frames as manufactured by Tubelite, Inc. or approved equal, new transom window panel, and any materials needed for installation above 22 angle corner door of 225 S. Lafayette. $ Canopy/Awning: Furnish new cloth canopy/awning and installed along front of 225 S. Lafayette commercial spaces (please see SHPO awning policy bulletin for guidance). Also, see Architectural rendering for guidance on placement and details Metal framework will be attached to brick with manufacturer s approved anchors for a tight fighting, non-corrosive, weather tight seal. 2

$ Windows 2 nd & 3 rd Story Front Elevation: Remove and dispose of existing windows and any related materials completely. Furnish and install new SINGLE HUNG aluminum clad exterior with wood interior window units (with screens) as manufactured by Marvin, Windows or approved equal. All front elevation windows are to be one over one and clear arch window tops per SHPO requirements. Furnish and install new wood exterior trims. Verify color with owner before ordering windows. Note 1: Include in price shimming, blocking, exterior flashing, insulation, and caulking, etc. to meet manufacturer s written instructions. $ 221, 223, and 225 S. Lafayette Exterior Re-pointing/brick replacement: Furnish all labor and materials needed to clean, patch, and repoint existing brick in need of repair on front elevation. Also furnish all labor and materials needed to replace any missing or severely deteriorated brick on front elevation. This is not a total brick restoration, the intent is to shore up any brick that is in need of work, repair where needed, for a solid exterior façade ready for paint. Note 1: Include in price, 1 st floor masonry piers at 225 S. Lafayette, Note 2: Please see the attached Secretary of Interior PB for selection of mortar that will comply with best use type of brick on building. It is expected that the mortar will be softer than the brick as to not cause bricks to be damaged before the mortar deteriorates. All contactors MUST provide mortar information prior to starting project. $ 225 S. Lafayette Cornice Details: Furnish and install materials and labor to repair upper metal cornice on front elevation. Furnish and install materials and labor to repair lower cornice/dental work (match original configuration as closely as possible) along entire front elevation including 22 angle corner. Upon completion of above mentioned repairs, reconstruction, and/or replacement of cornice work will be solid, stable, secure, and ready for primer & paint. $ 223 S. Lafayette Cornice Details: Furnish and install materials and labor to repair and/or replace middle and upper cornice on front elevation of existing building (match original configuration as closely as possible). Upon completion of above mentioned repairs, reconstruction, and/or replacement of cornice work will be solid, stable, secure, and ready for primer & paint. 3

$ Walnut Shell Blast Coating Paint Removal: Furnish all labor and materials needed to walnut shell blast coat, specifically selected exterior portion of rear elevation to original brick for the purpose of priming and painting. Upon completion, brick will be clean, sound, and ready for primer and paint. NOTE: See attached guidance sheet regarding Walnut Shell blasting and practices/procedures. $ Paint front Elevation: Furnish all labor and materials needed to power wash at 1500 psi all painted surfaces. Scrape/remove all loose materials to provide solid surface ready for prime/paint. Prime bare brick/mortar as needed and paint designated brick surfaces of front elevation with 2 coats of finish product. Use materials provided by O Leary Paint Company: Barrier coat primer 5090 series for any bare brick and mortar, and 2000 Solar Ceramic Acrylic Flat paint for final application or approved equal products by owner/tpa. Spraying of walls is acceptable, with brush and roller follow up to assure complete coverage and solid adherence. Brush/roller application is preferred. Verify color(s) with owner. Three colors will be utilized, vertical brick columns with upper horizontal brick wall sections one color, trims, sills, and hoods another color, and upper & lower cornices, supports, and/or dental work the final color (223 & 225 only) and one color for all areas of. Note 1: Include in price, removal of paint on upper vertical brick columns. Note 2: Follow prep instructions mentioned above on upper steel cornice and window hood detail. Substitute O Leary SunGard series 2090 bonding primer on any bare steel before putting on finish coats of paint. $ Lighting & Signage 221 & 223 S. Lafayette: Furnish and install new Dock style lighting including wiring and all other needed materials back to owners supplied service panels. Install fixtures in specified locations as architectural rendering pages dictate. NOTE 1: Furnish and install labor and materials to install a new wood 2ft x entire length of on front elevation of building (above new storefront glass) sign and materials to hang it. See architectural rendition for more detail and installation location. 4

South Side Elevation: $ Demolition: Remove and dispose of existing side elevation exterior materials as illustrated by Architectural renderings, Including: All existing T-111 siding and related materials exposing brick. Residential door and related materials. *Remove and HOLD three (3) existing murals and name plate. Vinyl siding and related materials (1 st floor church building corner only). Cable wires and related materials. * Move murals & name plate to an area selected by owner for cities removal. Remove, hold, and re-install cable wire and related materials after South Side Elevation work is completed. $ 225 S. Lafayette - Storefronts: Furnish and install new (bronze) anodized aluminum fixed framing as manufactured by Tubelite, Inc. or approved equal, into existing space and clear 1 inch insulated safety glass. Include caulking, labor; and trim materials (smooth texture Hardy style cement board trim work (if needed). Upon completion the new framing/windows will have the same design as that being replaced with energy efficient windows and a weather tight exterior. $ 225 S. Note 2: As stated in the description above, include replacement of two (2) windows on the 1 st floor (revealed during removal of wood siding). Existing A/C to stay on South Side Elevation. $ Exterior Re-pointing/brick replacement: Furnish all labor and materials needed to clean, patch, and re-point existing brick in need of repair on side elevation. Also furnish all labor and materials needed to replace any missing or severely deteriorated brick on rear elevation. North Side Elevation: $ Demolition: Remove and dispose of existing side elevation exterior materials as illustrated by Architectural renderings, Including: * Downspout and related materials. Wooden board on upper wall. Vinyl siding and related materials (1 st floor church building only). Remove, hold, and re-install downspout and related materials after North Side Elevation work is completed. $ Window 2 nd Story North Side Elevations: Remove and dispose of existing window (223 S. Lafayette) and any related materials completely. Furnish and install new SINGLE HUNG wood exterior & interior window units (with screens) as manufactured by Marvin, Windows or approved equal. Furnish and install new wood exterior trims. Verify color with owner before ordering windows. Further detail and guidance will be provided at contractor walk thru. Note 1: Include in price shimming, blocking, exterior flashing, insulation, and caulking, etc. to meet manufacturer s written instructions. $ Exterior Re-pointing/brick replacement: Furnish all labor and materials needed to clean, patch, and re-point existing brick in need of repair on side elevation. Note2: Please see the attached Secretary of Interior PB for selection of mortar that will comply with best use type of brick on building. It is expected that the mortar will be softer than the brick as to not cause bricks to be damaged before the mortar deteriorates. All contactors MUST provide mortar information prior to starting project. $ Chimney Removal: Remove and dispose of existing brick chimney and related materials completely (down to roof line) (223 building North West corner) Furnish and install materials and labor to seal off exposed opening with appropriate roofing materials down to the lowest level of surrounding roofline. Upon completion, area of chimney will be solid, secure, and weather tight. Further detail and guidance will be provided at contractor walk thru. $ Paint North Side Elevation: Furnish all labor and materials needed to power wash at 1500 psi any remaining painted surface (do not power wash any bare brick), scrape/remove all loose materials to provide solid surface ready for prime/paint. Prime bare brick/mortar as needed, and paint all brick surfaces of rear elevation with 1 coat of finish product. Use materials provided by O Leary Paint Company: Barrier coat primer 5090 series for any bare brick and mortar, and 2000 Solar Ceramic Acrylic Flat paint for final application or approved equal products by owner/tpa. Spraying of walls is acceptable, brush with roller follow up to assure complete coverage and solid adherence. Brush/roller application is preferred. Verify color (s) with owner. Rear Elevation: $ Demolition: Remove and dispose of existing rear elevation exterior materials as illustrated by Architectural renderings, Including: Lighting and related materials (North West & South West corner of 1 st floor building (Church). Exterior 2nd floor door and related materials. Vinyl siding and related materials (1 st floor church building only). (cap off with appropriate waterproof electrical boxes/materials) $ Windows Rear Elevation: Remove and dispose of existing windows and any related materials completely from 223 and 225 S. Lafayette rear elevation. Furnish and install new SINGLE HUNG wood exterior and interior window units (with screens) as manufactured by Marvin, Windows or approved equal. All rear elevation windows are to be one over one per SHPO requirements. All windows will be sized to match original configuration/size. Furnish and install new maintenance free exterior trim with color to match windows. Verify color with owner before ordering windows. Note 1: Include in price shimming, blocking, exterior flashing, insulation, and caulking, etc. to meet manufacturer s written instructions. Note 2: (223 S. Lafayette) Include in price, see window details as stated above for replacement details of existing door opening. It is expected that the mortar will be softer than the brick as to not cause bricks to be damaged before the mortar deteriorates. All contactors MUST provide mortar information prior to starting project. $ Paint Rear Elevation: Furnish all labor and materials needed to power wash at 1500 psi any remaining painted surface (do not power wash any bare brick), scrape/remove all loose materials to provide solid surface ready for prime/paint. Prime bare brick/mortar as needed, and paint all brick surfaces of rear elevation with 1 coat of finish product. Use materials provided by O Leary Paint Company: Barrier coat primer 5090 series for any bare brick and mortar, and 2000 Solar Ceramic Acrylic Flat paint for final application or approved equal products by owner/tpa. Spraying of walls is acceptable, brush with roller follow up to assure complete coverage and solid adherence. Brush/roller application is preferred. Verify color (s) with owner. Two colors will be utilized, walls one color, trims, hoods, cornices, and dental work, etc. another color. $ Hardy Style Siding: (225 S. Lafayette 1 st floor building only) Furnish and install new James Hardy cement board siding/trims in accordance with manufacturer s written instructions to assure full warranty of product for owner. Furnish labor and materials needed to caulk/seal all seams and required areas as suggested by manufacture with matching color caulk/sealant. Upon completion, entire installation will be solid, secure, and be weather tight. 11
