FM Workflow 2: Emergency Service Request Select the Hot Water System in the list of Systems. Review the components of the system. Select a shut off valve from the list. See where the shut off valve is located within the building.

FM Workflow 3: Energy Systems Analysis Given: Building controls are managed by the intelligent t Building Automation System (i.e. Honeywell or JCI). A cold call is received that room 101 is too cold. BAS doesn t throw any alerts. Task: Solution: Find out the reason for the problem and fix it. Use the O & M Portal to compare as-designed with as-operated values for air supply system.

FM Workflow 3: Energy Systems Analysis Go to Room 101 in the O & M Portal. Select a fan and review it s Set vs. Live attributes. Review the fan s properties. Trace the other components of the same air supply system. You can also see any previous work orders performed on the equipment allowing for greater visibility into the current problem.

FM Workflow 3: Follow Up Work Order Use the O & M Portal to redline the broken equipment, create a notification that will be emailed to the technician as an image file, and will create a work order in the CMMS.
