CHARGING STATIONS OPPORTUNITIES: TWO (2) $4,000 each Grab the ultimate visibility available by sponsoring one of two cell phone charging stations. Charging stations allow attendees to securely charge their phones and laptops while working at the stations. Your full-color logo will appear at the top of the charging station on backlit panels. WIRELESS INTERNET OPPORTUNITIES: ONE (1) $10,000 Use this opportunity to deliver a message that grabs attention. Your company name and full-color logo will be featured in all emails and signage promoting the wireless access code. All attendees will use the conference provided free Wi-Fi access. ROOM DROP OPPORTUNITIES: TWO (2) $3,500 each Ensure your company s message makes it to Odin Summit attendees in their hotel rooms. Hotel room drops are offered Monday and Tuesday nights. There are approximately 400 rooms reserved for attendees on each of our two peak nights. The item will be produced and shipped to the Sheraton by you, the sponsor, at your own cost and is subject to Odin approval. Odin, together with the Sheraton Seattle Hotel, will arrange delivery to the guest rooms on the agreed-upon day. Drop outside the attendees hotel room door is included and for an additional charge the item can be placed inside the room. Deadline: May 1, 2015 AIRPORT SHUTTLES OPPORTUNITIES: ONE (1) $10,000 Airport shuttles running from Sheraton Seattle to SeaTac on the last day of Odin Summit. Distribute tickets to attendees when they visit your exhibit booth. Sponsorship includes three (3) shuttles, cobranded wrap artwork on bus, and shuttle tickets. All artwork subject to approval.
