Surcharge and Other Information (For Export IPD, IDF and IED services only) Singapore Fuel Surcharge The surcharge percentage is adjusted every Monday, based on the US Gulf Coast Jet Fuel Index, and this percentage is applied to the total transportation charge (go to www.fedex.com/sg for the prevailing fuel surcharge rate and a sample calculation).
