Reviewing/evaluating communication plans, quality assurance plans, and established Work Breakdown Schedules (WBS). Business Process Documentation Reviewing documented business processes, verifying workflows are accurate and properly defined. Offering recommendations to enhance and streamline processes or workflows. Verify business processes are compatible with technologies and resources associated with project development. Ensure a comprehensive library is maintained to document all phases of the project lifecycle. IV&V activities are conducted and project progress and deliverables are monitored by the Brandt team to verify accuracy and validate compliance. 4. IV&V activities and deliverable statuses are reported and provided to project stakeholders to maintain the work breakdown schedule (WBS) and ensure on-time project completion. 5. During this planning/development phase, Brandt will: Provide mutually agreeable project management and verification/validation standards based on the unique RFQ requirements and specifications. Identify project risks and proposed mitigation plans to ensure on time service delivery using industry practices and standards. Establish the roles and responsibilities of all project team members and stakeholders (both Brandt and client) Define a project reporting and success management schedule to ensure tasks are delivered on time and meet quality standards as agreed upon by the client and Brandt. Establish a project reporting and communication plan to provide updates and status reports to project stakeholders. The communication plan will identify status report types (electronic, telephone conference, in person, etc.) and frequency (daily, weekly, monthly) based on project needs and timelines. Quality Assurance & Performance Measurement IV&V projects require agencies and vendors to define critical and measurable project goals to identify project standards, measure adherence, identify areas of mitigation, and provide validation. In order to validate project success, verify adherence, and ensure all project deliverables and outcomes meet the project specifications, Brandt will document all project goals and associated methods of measurement for all phases of the project.
