Birkman Assessment The Birkman is a multi-dimensional tool designed to identify one s strengths and how an individual can work best with others. It is based on a positive psychology philosophy that is affirming yet does not compromise on providing critical and actionable insights. The Birkman provides insights on one s Usual Behaviour, Underlying Needs, Stress Behaviours and Organizational Focus. For more information, visit http://www.birkman.com/birkmanmethod/whatisthebirkmanmethod.php Once the assessment is completed, participants will work with a coach and assessment expert to help evaluate current capabilities, strengths and weaknesses and identify areas for personal growth. Knightsbridge Coaches Clare Cheesewright Clare has worked as a Leadership coach for the past 10 years. She joined the Knightsbridge team in September 2009 after running her own coaching business in the UK for 8 years. Prior to that she held several roles in packaged goods and health care, her most recent corporate role was as Head of HR and Change reporting into the UK CEO of the biggest consumer durables business in the world. Clare specialises in working with senior business leaders when they are operating in the complex and rarefied atmosphere of the top team. Here they find themselves having to let go of their operational mandate so they can move into the more strategic space. She is an invaluable sounding board for those moments when the political landscape becomes difficult and integrity is put under strain. She helps her clients to access all the important personal data they need to be an authentic leader. She encourages them to work with the cognitive, visceral and emotional insights that their experience has given them and to use this to generate compelling and practical solutions to the challenges they face. Clare has extensive experience working with the dynamics in leadership teams. The concentration of intellect, experience, skill, and ego that exists in these teams can be hugely powerful if harnessed positively. However, a common reality is that internal interference, personal agendas, and political conflict can throw even the highest potential teams off balance. Clare s team coaching interventions help to create renewed synergy, pace, and purpose. Clare s Unique Value Statement: Face up to the tough stuff! Are you operating in the challenging, ambiguous realm of the true corporate leader? Leadership is tough, you can feel isolated, and it takes courage. The calls are close and decisions are difficult. I ll help you to grow your resilience and capability by releasing your own inner strength. I work with you to make powerful and lasting changes whilst remaining authentic and true to what you stand for. In short I can support you as you create conditions for success and become the kind of leader that will take an organisation to a truly high performing level.
