Dear Friend of St. Theresa School, Preparations for the St. Theresa School PTO s annual Auction are underway. This exciting fundraiser will be held on Saturday, at the National Conference Center in the Loudoun County, VA suburbs of Washington, DC. The theme of this year s Auction is Around the World. Proceeds from the Auction will support science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM), educational, and community programs for our 450+ students, as well as continuous education for our teachers. Our 2013 auction was a success due to the support of local and out-of-town businesses and patrons like you. The generosity of businesses and patrons in years past helped St. Theresa School to receive a U.S. Department of Education Blue Ribbon Award in 2010. The Blue Ribbon Award recognizes those schools that are committed to ensuring all students, regardless of background or ability, receive the quality education they deserve. We are requesting your support for our Auction by becoming a Sponsor, purchasing advertising space, or donating auction items in form of prizes, services, gift certificates, event tickets or cash. St. Theresa School is a 501(c)3 organization, and as a result, your donations may be tax deductible. As an Auction Sponsor, Advertiser, and/or Donor you will benefit from our comprehensive marketing strategy that includes event marketing (e.g. Auction Program, Live Auction Presentation, and Promotional Materials), social media (e.g. Facebook and Twitter), and website marketing (e.g. St. Theresa PTO and Auction Websites). Sponsorship and Advertising Agreement Deadline for all sponsorships and advertising is February 7, 2014 St. Theresa School s will be held on at the National Conference Center. The auction is held to raise funds for tuition assistance to eligible families and to purchase educational enhancements for our classrooms. St. Theresa School will prominently recognize sponsors and advertisers in the school newsletter and Auction Program prior to the event. We will also recognize our sponsors again on the event night. The Auction Program will be made available to school families, auction attendees, school donors, and all other advertisers, donors and sponsors of the event.
