- 3 - A highly durable mirror NEW GENERATION MIRROR New Generation Mirror (MNG), a copper-free and corrosion resistant mirror, is part of the family of ecological mirrors developed and patented by AGC Glass Europe. Today, our New Generation Mirror are produced in Asia to offer flexibility delivery lead time. The MNG range includes clear mirror (Dantalux and MirroTAG) and tinted mirror (Decomirror) in various thicknesses and large stock size dimensions. Ecological manufacturing process AGC, a market leader in mirror technology, has continuously sought to make mirrors ever more environmentally friendly at all stages of their life cycle, from manufacturing and processing right through to end-of-life recycling. With New Generation Mirror, the use of copper had been eliminated from the production process and lead content in two coats of paint protecting the silver coating had been reduced significantly.
