HiQual Powder Coating All HiQual products are finished with our distinctive HiQual Brown Powder Paint. This finish and color have become well known in the industry for its long lasting quality which provides a glass-like, non-abrasive, smooth finish to prevent any premature wear in the fabric cover. HiQual has partnered with one of the leading paint suppliers in the industry to develop and continually refine the HiQual Brown Powder Paint and its application process. By starting with selecting only quality steel, coupled with a multistage wash and cleaning system - we ensure that the surface is ready to accept the HiQual Powder Paint. The products are all baked at 450 degrees, resulting in an extremely durable corrosion resistant and abrasion resistant finish that will stand the test of time in the field. 2
EVERY HiQual Structure is Packed With These Valuable Features High Solar Energy Values & High Light Transfer Our 12 ounce 23 mil NovaShield II TM membrane fabrics with Armorkote TM are prime materials especially formulated for our building designs, ensuring many years of trouble free performance. During daylight hours, our buildings will be up to 20 F warmer than a conventional building - and up to 80% light transfer allows for a high degree of comfort and enjoyable working conditions. Round Over Roof Design The round over Design is proven to be the configuration that provides the best performance and longevity of all the main covers. Care must be taken at all times to ensure the covers are tight to the frame members and not allowed to vibrate in windy conditions. Any straight line roof configurations are considered to be less than adequate for maximizing the longevity of the covers. Modular Design For Easy Assembly & Relocation All our buildings are pre-engineered and are modular in design allowing several buildings to be connected to each other, offering unlimited lengths. Simplicity is the rule, with minimal heavy equipment required. Low cost foundation options can meet most of our customer needs. Fabric Options Standard kits are white with green stripes on each end, but many other colors are available as a special order. Designed to last 20 plus years. A fire retardant membrane is also available for special applications. Engineer Stamped Our portable line has been tested by outside engineering firms, and we have designed these packages to withstand most North American wind and snow loads. Doors All kits come standard with one or two roll-up doors, but buildings can be custom fitted with nearly any type of door including bi-folds, overhead panel and our Accutrack fabric door system Modular Design, Easy Assembly All of our portable buildings are pre-engineered and are modular in design allowing several buildings to be connected to each other, offering unlimited lengths. Simplicity is the rule, with no heavy equipment required for putting the building up, and no permanent foundation is required with our portable kits - allowing the ability to relocate the building very easily. Typical installation time is aproximately 30 man hours. In Stock and Ready to Go! Standard kits are typically in stock and ready for pickup or delivery from our large dealer network. Heavy 3 Powder Coated Tube Frame Heavy 3 100 wall tubular steel is used for the frame, and all steel components are Powder Coated for extreme durability in all applications. Arch spacing ranges from 5 to 8. We use better steel, and more of it! No Permanent Foundation Required Continuous outer frame for a built-in foundation, all kits come standard with HiQual Screw Anchors for ground mount applications. We can custom make mounting hardware to secure your building to virtually any surface such as concrete floors, cement blocks, and wood pony walls. Arch Spacing Maximimum 12 arch spacing on the HIQual Welded Truss Buildings ensures added strength. We use more trusses, and better steel - giving you a better building! Engineer Stamped Our Welded Truss line has been tested by outside engineering firms, and we have designed these packages to withstand North American wind and snow loads. Truss Depth Minimum 20 and up to 36 truss depth on all HiQual Welded Truss Buildings. 1.5 structural webbing increases the load bearing ability. 86W End Wall Design End wall trusses are all steel engineered to balance load and maximize the strength of the building. Reducing endwall flapping in the wind dramatically reduces endwall fabric wear. This reduction is achieved with sewn-in D-rings, double stiched on the membrane fabric and attached at multiple points to steel horizontal supports with canvas lacing. Double Cross Purlin Design HiQual Purlins are manufactured with heavy wall steel tubing. All purlins in the truss design are multiplied together to form a crossover connection between each truss. This configuration discourages the truss to twist in high wind or snow load conditions, and allows each bay to perform at maximum strength. Heel Plates Truss end heel plates are made of heavy steel, minimizing twisting and failure in accute weather situations. Heel plates offer a unique bolt-on assembly, creating a simple time saving erection procedure. ENGINEERED TO LAST 7
