Presentation of REFLEX The Warehouse Management System

Reflex WMS : Ergonomics Ergonomics of management screens It allows a simplified readability of information via the display of pop up or graphic icons. The views are configurable per groups of users. The management screens that you see below are the management of receipts and of launches Ergonomics of RF procedures Reflex offers two possibilities for the radio frequency : VT220 norm or graphic management. The procedures of radio-frequency are graphic and with touch screen. It allows a quicker and easier learning by operators. The pictures of the items are displayed on terminals. Management of receipts RF procedures for the receipt Management of launches

Reflex WMS : software ecosystem Suppliers Shipping companies Customers Web portal Reflex TMS Weighing systems Customs Voice and handheld Reflex WMS ERP AGV Rotating shelves Conveyors Pick to light Reflex and its software environment Reflex is an open WMS which has been conceived to be integrated in a complex ecosystem. Reflex can get orders from the systems upstream (ERP), and will have to apply and optimize them. Conversely, for the operational phase, Reflex is able to calculate the orders and to send them to the systems downstream (automatons, other SI, etc.) which will do the tasks. Reflex WMS offers more than 50 standard interfaces which are documented and maintained by the R&D. Reflex WMS has a management tool of integrations allowing the control of integrations : identification of irregularities, alerts, correction and new integration. Different methods of execution of the interfaces Development of the interfaces by Hardis, based on our standard files and in harmony with your specific features. Use of the «mapper» included in Reflex, for small files or for recovery of data (based on the standards interfaces Reflex). The interfaces can be done by the technical teams of our customers, with the assistance of Hardis. Suggested technologies File by FTP Web Services for the state of the orders

Reflex WMS : source data Environment Topography Item base Logistic units REFLEX Environment Entity which use the Reflex system Company 1 Company 2 Company 3 Unit SPCB PCB Pallet For a packaging we define Customers of the 2cd company Clustomer 1 Customer 2 Weight Size Storage methodology Preparation methodology Suppliers, consignees, items of the 2cd client Activity 1 Activity 2 To a determined packaging, we can associate One or several suppliers One or several bar codes Environment : Reflex has an environment allowing the management in multi sites, including the consolidation of stocks and transfers, and multi activities (multi clients). Topography : First of all, you should have a plan of the warehouse and determine the position of the points which are the intersection of circulation segments (start and end of the path). The segment defines a way of circulation between 2 points. In that way, we can configure one-way paths. The locations are determined according to the start point of a segment, in accordance with a precise direction. A spacer is calculated between all the points (and therefore the locations) managed in the warehouse. Item base : The definition of an item has 2 parts, the item sheet and the logistical variants. Item sheet : definition of the item code, wordings and main management rules (traceability, etc.). Logistical variants : definition of the logistic units, their specific features and the linked management rules for the storage and for the preparation.

Reflex WMS : receipt flow Origin Type of receipt Order Projected receipt Expected delivery Physical receipt Receipt Interface Data entry Physical receipt (header & rows) Return Goods Entry Header General information Rows Item, quantity, grade, owner Control in real time Transfer Inter-sites Generation Confirmation The types of receipts : Type of receipt : receipt for the suppliers. Type of return : for the returns from the consignees. The receipt of the return can be created directly from the original order which had been sent. Type of goods entry : simplified in order to create supports at the exit of the production line. Type of transfer : in order to transfer goods in several warehouses. Order : The projected receipt depends on a purchase order. It can be received in several deliveries. Expected deliveries : The physical receipt is the expected deliveries, and is equivalent to the operational part of the receipt process. It can be administratively approved or in real time with the radio frequency. After the approval, the supports are created and the labels are produced.

Reflex WMS : storage flow Operations Storage methods Post - Validation More than 20 storage methods Buffers management Optimize the spacing Move the pallets Storage optimisation Reflex optimise the storage of goods s in 2 directions : Automatic orientation towards the right location Reflex gives the best location to an item according to the following criteria : Typology of the item (item group) / Grade / Owner Reflex manages the ABC classification via the function DSCA (Dynamic Storage Class Allocation ). A storage class is linked to the items from the GESCOM or from the historic of ouputs of Reflex. Reflex orientate automatically towards the right storage area (type of location A, B or C) from the class. Mass storage Reflex creates mass location thanks to the storage methods : Methods for the picking : fixed, dynamic Methods for the storage : replenishment (in quantity, volume), the nearest to the picking, the nearest to the dock (receipt, despatch) In case of all the locations are occupied for a size of location and a specific area, automatic substitutions are possible : Substitution of size location Substitution of storage area

Reflex WMS : preparation flow Origin Order type Order Preparation order Preparation Customer Internal production Transfer Inter-site Interface Header General information Lignes Items, quantity, grade, owner Generation Launch Preparation association Preparation calculation Mission Replenishments Picking Sort / Packaging Load Set down to location Order type : Order : order for a customer. Internal : order to replenish the packaging shop with components. Transfer : a transfer order between 2 warehouses managed by Reflex (in the same database). Preparation : It is the operational stage of the preparation flow. We have a preparations portfolio. Each preparation can be associated to a launch (preparation launch) and / or to a load (transport plan). Order : The order of preparation is equivalent to the order of the customer. To this stage, the customer s order exists in Reflex but can t be exploited in an operational way. Most often, within the scope of the interface, we pass by this stage, to go straight to the preparation operational stage. Each launch and /or load can be simulated or launched, The missions of preparation can be approved : - Administratively - In real time, voice or radio frequency.

Reflex WMS : load flow Despatch control Despatch confirmation Post - confirmation Pallets on dock Confirmation Stock despatch Control in real time Editions Output interface Despatch control : Despatch confirmation : Prerequisite : The pallets have to be prepared and put on the corresponding dock. Despatch control : this stage consist on scanning the labels of the pallets (bar code) on the dock. This operation can be done administratively or with handheld terminal. Load confirmation : it allows the creation of shipping documents such as the BL (the creation of the BL (delivery note) can be done upstream in the preparation process). Post confirmation : This confirmation stage will generate the stock withdrawal (the goods disappear from the stock, it will be just visible in terms of traceability) and the output interface (interface preparation stock despatch).

Reflex WMS : steering Before During After Operational horizon Appointment management Anticipated volumes Resources management Management screen Activity supervisor Alerts and notifications Reporting Status report Steering tools : Reflex offers several steering tools allowing the planning, the forecasting, the management and then the return of the operational activity. These tools are structured in accordance with the operational activity and with 3 time horizons (before during after). The steering before the operational activity : The appointment management allows synthesizing the volumetric data for a large time horizon (several weeks). The function of anticipated volumes allows to simulate the preparation calculation and to anticipate the time by type of mission. The resources management allows planning the team by task type the previous day for the next day. The sterring during the operational activity : The management screen and the possibility to create a model offer plenty of solutions to manage the operational activity. The activity supervisor is a status report with performance indicators which are updated in real time. The function «alerts and notifications» allows to send alerts based on operational events which are configurable. The steering after the operational activity : The module «Reporting Management System» allows building plenty of status reports.
