Overview The Amada HF range is a multi axis downstroking press brake offering exceptional accuracy irrespective of bend position. This press brake is fully network compatible allowing off line programming for simplified part generation. Under Load A=B=C Characteristics Constant parallelism between beams under load due to an instant reactive lower beam. Independent control of "Y-axis" each side of the beam allowing off centre and taper bending to be accurately executed. Calibrated adjustable distance pieces allowing deep boxes to be formed and also reverse mounting of punches. Quick release clamps fitted to each distance piece for rapid tool change. Beam guidance by roller guide assemblies (No wear or maintenance). Completely open machine rear for unobstructed movement of bends with large returns.

Customer Training Service Installation Guarantee A 1-day machine operation and safety training course is provided Free Of Charge for a maximum of 2 people per company at the Amada UK Technical Centre, Kidderminster. If this training is not accepted, Amada will require a letter of acceptance of responsibility for training signed by the customer. Travelling and accommodation expenses for participants on the Amada Course are NOT included. The Training Course must be taken either before or within the 3 month period from date of machine delivery otherwise the allocation is forfeited. Further training courses are available upon request and at additional cost. During the commissioning period, our commissioning engineer will undertake maintenance training at your works. Commissioning will take place immediately after installation of the CNC Press Brake and will be deemed complete after a component has been produced on the machine to the customer's accepted standards and component drawing. During the guarantee period mechanical and electrical services will be carried out at 3, 6 and 11 months. Non CNC Control press brakes at 3 & 11 months. Should the need arise to check or correct any fault, a visit by a service engineer will be arranged within 24 hours (Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays) but a trouble shooting service is available by telephone which usually enables customers to rectify their machine faults immediately. The customer is responsible for supplying all the necessary electrical services and degreasing the machine. The guarantee is 12 months from the end of commissioning and covers labour and parts, with the exception of consumable items including tooling and its related parts. No liability can be accepted for any damage or out of specification performance caused by customer s negligence or as a result of using unauthorised replacement parts or any other cause whatsoever beyond our control. In this case, labour and parts will be charged.
