CLAIMING PRIZE: Sponsor or Administrator will send the potential winner a YOU VE WON text message to the cell phone number of the entry selected as the winner. The potential winner must respond to that text message by providing Sponsor or Administrator with their name and a daytime telephone number. Sponsor or Administrator will contact the potential winner at the telephone number provided and, at such time, the potential winner
will be asked to provide their proof of age, and a photo ID (driver s license or other government issued official form of identification). The notified eligible winner shall be the only party eligible to claim the prize. In order to receive the prize, the potential winner must respond to Sponsor s or Administrator s text notifying them that they have been selected as the winner within two (2) days of receiving such notification. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. If winner is deemed a minor in his/her state of residence, prize will be awarded to his/her parent/legal guardian. All potential winners are subject to verification of eligibility.
