RENEWABLE ENERGY & CARBON ABATEMENT

LMS generates over 300,000 MEGAWATT hours of base-load RENEWABLE electricity annually, ANd abates approximately 2 million tonnes (CO2e) OF CARBON EACh year. LMS is a fully integrated provider of energy recovery from waste; one of few companies globally to deliver a complete, in-house service. LMS Energy Pty Ltd (ACN 059 428 474) is an authorised representative, number 431336, of Navitus Pty Ltd (ACN 119 331 118), which holds Australian Financial Services Licence number 425609.

LMS is a specialist renewable energy company. In 1982 the founders pioneered the collection and conversion of landfill gas-to-energy in Australia. The company has continued to invest in the development of intellectual property for landfill gas capture and power generation. Professional Management LMS is managed by a uniquely qualified team with experience in landfill gas, biogas, coal seam methane, power generation, carbon trading and power purchase agreements. The management team also has experience in landfill gas and energy infrastructure projects throughout Australia, Malaysia, China, Korea, North America, the United Kingdom and Europe. Marketplace Strength The company s position is further enhanced by the financial backing of Sims Metal Management, one of the world s largest recyclers. Financial strength and stability provides LMS with the resource base to build, own and operate renewable energy facilities to the ultimate satisfaction of stakeholders. Proven Technologies LMS has developed proprietary technologies and intellectual competencies vital for success. The company provides a suite of reliable technologies aimed at delivering clients sustainable solutions for landfill gas capture and power generation. Industry Insight The renewable energy and carbon market is a progressive environment, driven by ongoing innovation and evolving legislation. LMS continues to liaise with governments on present and future schemes in the clean energy and carbon sector. Safety Never Compromise LMS strives to uphold the highest safety standards, with all employees actively playing their part in creating a safe and sustainable working environment. A proactive approach and high standard of workmanship has resulted in an excellent safety record. 4/5

Gas capture efficiencies and generator availability are fundamental for maximising income and environmental benefits. This also assists clients by minimising carbon liability. The Carbon Market Landfill gas and the carbon market have a long, integrated history. LMS was the first company to create and trade carbon credits from landfill gas in Australia, and has been involved in every carbon scheme that has facilitated abatement of landfill gas. In the future, a Carbon Price Mechanism and Carbon Farming Initiative will shape the carbon markets that continue to drive landfill gas abatement. Maximising Client Benefits LMS experience, coupled with extensive knowledge of the drivers and interactions of carbon markets with landfill gas, will help clients benefit from potential opportunities and minimise the risks these markets can create. Maximising opportunities and minimising risks relies on the amount of gas captured, combined with the high availability of generators and flares to combust gas. LMS has industry-leading gas capture efficiencies and generator availability. This ensures revenue is maximised and carbon liability minimised, providing clients with enhanced environmental and financial outcomes. The additional renewable electricity generated by these high efficiencies further enhances results for clients. 6/7

LMS provides the technical expertise to effectively design and install landfill gas and flare systems. These systems achieve industry-leading extraction and utilisation efficiencies. Bioenergy Landfill sites with organic waste produce landfill gas which is approximately 50% methane (CH4). Methane is a harmful greenhouse gas that contributes to the effects of global warming. By destroying and reprocessing landfill gas, LMS reduces greenhouse gas emissions and provides a local renewable energy source for the community. Renewable energy also saves water, reduces pollution and alleviates dependence on fossil fuels. Industry-Leading Technology LMS is committed to designing and installing landfill gas systems of the highest quality. This is proven by long-lasting, maximum flow rates and ongoing regulatory compliance of projects. These gas recovery systems have extracted over one billion cubic metres of landfill gas, and abate approximately two million tonnes (CO2e) of carbon each year. LMS continues to develop new and improved extraction methods to meet the demands of regulatory bodies, reduce potential liabilities for landfill operators and increase positive economic returns. Clients can be confident that LMS landfill gas systems meet current standards, with over 3,000 gas wells installed across Australia. Gas Flare Innovation LMS manufactures a fleet of flare modules, including the LMS Gas Flare. This compact flare with enclosed combustion continues to be updated to meet emission and safety requirements. The module is designed to be low maintenance, easy to transport, highly reliable and secure. It is also independently verified for the calculation of carbon credits under various Australian schemes, and has been accredited with the approval of numerous regulatory bodies. The company has manufactured over 85 LMS Gas Flare modules, which continue to be used successfully throughout Australia. 10/11

LMS engineers, manufactures and operates purpose-built renewable energy facilities. Independent results consistently highlight generator availability and utilisation rates in excess of competitors. Project Management LMS manages the development of renewable energy facilities from the initial concept stage through to the export of electricity. This complete service includes preparation and submission of regulatory approvals, technical compliance, detailed design, liaison with network service providers, manufacture of equipment, installation of the entire facility, testing and commissioning. Unique Power Modules LMS has a complete, modular generation package approach to renewable energy where fuel is combusted using proven technology, producing electricity for sale. These generation packages are unique in design and equipment layout configuration, and are available in micro power modules through to multiple megawatt export capacities. Personnel also have a strong understanding of global engineering standards and codes, making LMS capable of delivering equipment worldwide. LMS owns and operates over 40 power modules across 20 renewable energy facilities nationally. These facilities generate over 300,000 megawatt hours of base-load renewable energy each year. Around-the-Clock Service Maintenance services are provided by experienced and qualified personnel 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Locally based operators and technicians, supported by a network of gas and energy professionals, ensure well-established operational techniques. Computerised and online monitoring capabilities further guarantee maximum operational hours and environmental compliance. 12/13

LMS combines technology with experience to ensure project and client success. Values, integrity and ethical behaviour form the foundation of LMS reputation and the cornerstone of the business. Core Values LMS Vision, Values and Strategy reflects the company s position in the renewable energy industry, as well as their dedication to clients, sustainability and safety. A commitment to core values also ensures the company is well-positioned for further expansion and continued success. Confidence with LMS LMS has a proud history of achievement and is committed to working closely with clients. Delivering unmatched service by generating higher financial returns, and providing environmental benefits for both clients and the community, is standard practice at LMS. 14/15
