All this with regular inspections, servicing and performance monitoring. Planned Preventive Maintenance is undertaken by diligent professionals. Our trained Engineers and Technicians are centrally coordinated by our service desk. In case of a breakdown, EIFM s 24x7x365 service desk responds within a guaranteed time period as per service level agreements. Our Projects and commissioning team deal with the changes and upgrades that are needed during the occupational life of a building. This integrated in house team can provide all the functionality of a main contractor, without having to bring a 3 rd party into a building. This

integration is key to an operational building, as the completeness of the refurbishment or project is underpinned by the constant presence of the team that will operate and maintain it on completion. Cleaning Services EIFM offers a full range of cleaning services and materials with over 1,000 staff. Fully-trained staff utilise state-of-the-art cleaning machines and equipment. Services include marble crystallization, floor polishing and scrubbing, cleaning soft furnishing and carpets and preparing buildings for occupancy. We also offer specialised teams for high rise building facade and window cleaning. We ensure usage of non-hazardous products and environmentally safe processes. Security Services We provide uniformed, fully trained security personnel from a pool of over 1200 guards. The Security management team can advise on the operational set up of Security Offices, command and control centres, computerized parking, close-circuit surveillance systems, efficient patrol procedures, record keeping and crisis management. Our Security Service encompasses Offices and Residential towers, private villas, compounds, shopping malls, warehouses and prestigious apartment buildings. We provide static and patrolling guards, CCTV operators, BMS operators, and mobile guards as well as concierge and lifeguard services. Office Support Services Adding value to a client s operations beyond the traditional scope of services is EIFM s aim. We offer a unique structure of packages aimed at reducing a client s operational transactions. EIFM is able to offer a package of support services to an office, specifically tailored to give customers best value from non-core activities. These services range from procurement for stationery and consumables, fleet vehicles and transport management, drivers, product sourcing services,to office assistants, receptionists, greeters and many more services that may not be core to a business.

Concept TM 500 provides fully integrated Helpdesk and PPM functionality and enables the capture of facilities data into a central repository.
