Describe the specific objectives for the project, which should be clear, measurable, realistic and achievable within the duration of the project. Objectives should be consistent with the expected exploitation and impact of the project. B.1.2. Target group/audience This section should describe to which target group(s) the activities are dedicated i.e. SMEs in general, SMEs in specific sector, regional authorities, sectoral organisations, etc. by making the link with the COSME work programme. B.1.3 Description of work methodology and tools Describe and explain the overall concept underpinning the project. Describe the main ideas, models or assumptions involved. Describe the methodology, tools and quality control criteria needed for the implementation of the proposed action by making the link with the different work packages. Provide a short, robust action plan of your project in line with the contents of Section 2.8.1 - ( in max.2 pages): This action plan should be further detailed in the section B.3 Work Plan in the different work packages. The co-ordinator of a proposal shall always be participant number one. Applicants shall make sure that the participant number is consistent in all application forms. The official short name of the organisation shall be indicated. This cannot be more than 2 characters long. The conditions for eligibility of Direct personnel costs are explained in article 6.2.A of the Model Grant Agreement (MGA). The conditions for eligibility of Direct costs of subcontracting are explained in article 6.2.B of the MGA. The rules that beneficiaries shall respect when awarding subcontracts for the implementation of the Action are explained in article 1.1 of the MGA The conditions for eligibility of Travel and subsistence costs are explained in article 6.2.C1 of the MGA. The number of travels is calculated per person per meeting. E.g. if one person travels to one meeting, you should indicate 1 travel here, independently of the duration of the meeting. If 2 persons travel to the same meeting, or if 1 person travels to 2 different meetings, you would indicate a 2 here. The conditions for eligibility of Depreciations costs of equipment are explained in article 6.2.C2 of the MGA. Income generated by the action Reference numbers in Annex 2 The Maximum EU contribution that each partner can receive is calculated automatically. It results from multiplying the Total estimated eligible costs of that partner by the Reimbursement rate defined in the text of the Call for proposals. The Requested grant for each partner shall be equal or lower than the Maximum EU contribution of that partner. The rules governing the Financial contributions by third parties are contained in articles 5.3.3 and 6.4 of the MGA. The rules governing the Income generated by the action are contained in articles 5.3.3 of the MGA.
