WEIGHING, LABELLING AND PORTIONING Extensive range of scales and weighing solutions Scanvaegt Systems supplies scales and weighing systems that improve quality, efficiency and the bottom line. The extensive product range with e.g. bench scales, floor scales, overhead track scales, pallet scales, flow weighers, dynamic weighing systems, checkweighers, multihead weighers, industry computers and weight indicators are used as solutions for portioning, chechweighing, dosing tasks, dynamic weighing, yield control and item counting. Our extensive product range enables us to supply the right solution for our many customers in industry Fast and effective labelling Scanvaegt Systems supplies stand-alone systems as well as complete lines for labelling and weight/price labelling for foods, individual products, cartons, boxes and pallets. Our product range is extensive and includes e.g. automatic systems for dynamic weighing, printing and label application on products, label applicators and label printers. Our solutions can incorporate barcode checks, weight control, order data control, sealing labels etc. Portioning Scanvaegt Systems solutions for portioning include grading systems, multihead weighers, hopper scales and dosing systems. The solutions can portion/dose both individual products and a continual flow of products. The portioning is completed with a high degree of accuracy and ensures maximum yield of raw materials. IT SYSTEMS, INSPECTIONS AND LABELS IT-systems and data capture Scanvaegt Systems develops scalable IT systems with modules for e.g. labelling, label design, order management, product mixing, traceability, batch control, storage management and dispatch. The IT system packages are supplied as stand-alone programmes or as integrated systems into the customer s ERP system and other third party software. Scanvaegt Systems provides unique solutions for data capture, onsite control and management of product flow, as well as integration with weighing, packing and labelling lines. Inspection Scanvaegt Systems has a complete product range for inspections and controls of a large number of parameters, such as weight, volume, metal residue, label content, label placement and barcodes. This is done by using checkweighers, metal detectors, vision control systems, X-Ray systems and scanners. Own label printing works Using our own label printing works, we can provide you with all the labels you need whether multi-coloured sales labels, including silver, gold and metallic colours, labels with an individual design, logo and photos, thermo and thermo transfer labels, offer labels, linerless labels, labels printed on transparent materials, neutral/white labels for labelling products, cartons pallets and many other label types.
