A Report to Our Valued Clients January 2013
C L I E N T R E P O R T P A G E 2 From the desk of Chris Winquist, Chief Operations Officer As always, our intention is to increase your satisfaction through improved software, services and quality. Happy New Year. As we look back at 2012, we measure our accomplishments and take note of where we need to work harder. Over the course of the year, we met nearly 90% of the commitments we made to deliver new and updated software. Or course, we always strive to meet 100% of our intended deliverables, and we believe that in 2013 we will perform even better. We hope that this report is useful to your planning and understanding of what s new at LUMEDX, and that it gives you confidence in us as a trusted partner that delivers quality software on time. There were many highlights in 2012, and I will cover them briefly. We made great progress on our core application transformation from Apollo to Apollo5 (LX). The product is now the generally available application platform for our shipping software and is performing well in live environments all over the country. We worked diligently on our new Report Editor patient reporting solutions and now have either GA or EA versions of: Cath, Echo, PedEcho, PVD, CT, Nuclear and Fetal. Many of our clients have recently gone live with one or more of them and are reporting that the implementations are a success. In our new HealthView solution set, we delivered Community data management features as well as innovative Web-based workflows for Chest Pain and CHF. We also reached a sustainable and wellperforming version of HealthView that allows us to host an entire CVIS at our hosting center or locally at yours. In our Analytics product line, we spent considerable time improving and expanding our registry reporting and now have a robust set of reports for all the national registries. We also developed new dashboard solutions that expand beyond the clinical and provide insightful financial key performance indicators. Our PACS product continues to be our best seller, and many current and new customers are finding it to be a great replacement for their existing systems. As always we released many new interfaces, updates to several registries and enhancements to other products such as Scheduling and Inventory, etc. All in all, it was a very busy year in Product Development, and there are now more products available, with significant enhancements and new features. We invite you to take a close look at all of them in 2013. In addition to our continued work on existing applications, in 2013 we are planning to release several new products. We will announce and showcase many of them at the upcoming ACC event in San Francisco. Please stay tuned for news about these products and come by during the show to say hello and see the exciting new solutions. Sincerely, Chris Chris Winquist Chief Operations Officer LUMEDX Corporation
