Other Solutions Market places and e-procurement platforms, e.g., Hubwoo and Ariba E-Invoice is possible, however, there is no flexibility in terms of which format can be used. With OB10, this is a big advantage as Staple s business units can use standard output format regardless their back end system e.g. SAP, Baan etc. In addition, OB10 can validate e-invoice data, based upon client defined rules, to ensure your systems are not impacted by invalid data.

Next steps and challenges We have established one single point of contact on Staples as well as on OB10 side A dedicated team of system / integration engineers from OB10 which is facilitating all our implementations has been established To become one Staples we will invest into systems (Front- / Backend) as well as in resources across the globe. Within Europe we launched a centralized data communication center for all our in- / outbound traffic. Customers are using OB10 as a hub for purchase order transmission, and we are looking forward to enable the purchase order from various customers.
