Challenges Schedule Contractor forecast shows no overall change since last report. Mitigation Update 1. Strategic overtime work continues with focus on concrete and window wall systems. 2. Early focus on commissioning and close out processes currently constrain gains. 3. Improved Submittal review and approval turn around. 4. Schedule forecasting refinement between CMO & CM/GC continues with expected upcoming update. Buy America Compliance efforts. Mitigation Update 1. Volume of Subcontractor RFI s on Buy America Compliance has diminished with Electrical having majority of issues. 2. Significant Items Remaining: Building Management Control System (BMCS) Fire Management System (FMS) Public Address System (PA) Audio Visual Systems (A/V)

Challenges Change Management AC Transit request for Bus Deck Reconfiguration. Mitigation Update 1. Developed in concert with AC Transit least impactful redesign. 2. Currently estimating proposed rework. 3. TJPA continues to encourage AC Transit operational resolution to operational challenge. 4. CM/GC continues to advance work as bought out so not to affect current work flow or schedule. 5. Estimate of Redesign / Rework trending towards $750k.
