Top 10 European countries by number of reports Additional information: France is lagging behind and has 31 reports - ranks 12 th, just after Greece that comes in 11 th. Hungary is the top reporter in Central and Eastern Europe with 27 reports, on the 13th place. Nothing has changed since 2009 in 2010, the country in Europe with the most reporting organizations was Spain (22%), followed by Sweden (10%) and the Netherlands (8%).
