In addition, we have a detailed knowledge of the principal UK city markets. CENTRAL LONDON Knight Frank s Central London Research team tracks and analyses a range of market indicators covering all aspects of the capital s commercial property market. The geographical area covered stretches from Hammersmith in the west to Stratford in the east; and from Camden in the north to Southwark in the south. In addition to retrospective market indicators, such as take-up and supply, we also comprehensively track the potential development pipeline across Central London, identifying known schemes with planning permission and potential development sites. This forward-looking approach ensures our clients receive the best possible advice to maximise future performance of their assets. Our future demand, development pipeline, take-up and supply indicators provide us with the tools necessary to undertake five-year headline rental growth forecasting in the Central London office markets and also on a sub-market level.
