How to engage with us Know your risks, control your costs We don t believe one size fits all, here are just some of the ways we engage with our customers. Time and Materials Engage our experts (and software tools if required) to carry out specific testing work. This is useful for new customers or where our level of involvement may fluctuate. Fixed Price We often use this model if a discrete piece of work (perhaps test automation, performance or penetration testing) has been scoped and we are responsible for its delivery. Shared Risk/Reward Fujitsu and our customer share different responsibilities for a program of work with clarity of measurable and deliverable outcomes (suitable in a longer-term engagement). Hybrid Model We often take this approach when we provide TaaS or when testing is outsourced to us. A core team can carry out BAU (Business As Usual) work, plus discrete projects and an overall set of deliverables and targets. 05
