Overview The NYISO ICAP AMS Enhancements include improved interactive association of MIS Transaction IDs with External Transactions in the ICAP AMS via the Assign Transaction IDs screen. The software changes do not include any business rule changes or ICAP Manual changes. Market Participant Screen Changes In the ICAP AMS, MPs will interactively associate all External Transactions with MIS Transaction IDs. Assign Transaction IDs After the MP creates Transaction IDs in the MIS, the MP must associate each External Transactions with an MIS Transaction ID [MIS TID] in the ICAP AMS. The Assign Transaction IDs screen will provide this capability for all Import, Export and UDR external transaction types: EBT - Export Bilateral Transactions ECR Auction - External CRIS Right Auction Sale ECR Bilateral - External CRIS Right Bilateral Sale Ext Auction - Auction Sales from External Control Areas FCFSR - First-Come First-Serve Rights UDR - Unforced Capacity Deliverability Rights 2014 New York Independent System Operator, Inc.
