The panels are cut to size before being finished. The edges of the panels are machine-coloured with the same high-quality two-component UVresistant polyurethane paint as the front side, for a beautiful, uniform effect. You can choose your ideal colour out of our ranges of Essentials, Elements and Inspiration. The Inspiration range bundles almost every RAL or NCS colour from 50 m² onwards. SVK lets the Ornimat façade panels, made only from the very best raw materials, harden naturally in drying rooms. This gradual drying process ensures extra-strong panels that have a low susceptibility to cracks and are slightly elastic. All power to your imagination! The creative possibilities of this façade panel are inexhaustible. It is not a standard product, but entirely customised. The façade panels are cut according to the dimensions and specifications provided: sloping, curved, with or without pre-drilled holes. The edges are coloured at the same time as the panel so that a ready-made product leaves the factory. It can be installed immediately without extra cutting or manual work. If you wish, we can also deliver the cut-to-size panels at the construction site, divided between pallets according to your wishes. It s the perfect guarantee for fast installation, because time is money! Low maintenance Ornimat façade panels require only limited maintenance thanks to the strong protective coating. Follow the rhythm of nature The Puro Plus façade panel, available in two standard format sizes, is solution dyed natural grey and has a lightly sanded surface that only develops patina by the action of natural elements. Puro Plus has no coating, so the changing weather conditions create a typical, natural play of shades of grey. Ideal for a façade with a robust but natural look. Always in stock The Puro Plus façade panels can be delivered from stock. The new technology creates a cloud structure and even more life in the panel. Coloured through and through SVK Colormat façade panels are top of the range natural products. They are made using premier raw materials, are through-coloured and are autoclaved after the pressing process to obtain a durable panel. Because the panels are through-coloured, the panels get a unique playful look. The nuances are typical for the panel and give the panel a natural and unique look. Hydrophobe After the autoclaving process each panel is treated with a transparent water repelling, transparent and matt impregnation. Contemporary, natural look Due to the matt protective layer, the ageing process occurs naturally. Thanks to the transparent finish, the panels retain the typical look of fibre cement. 18 19

Colormat Classic Flat panels which are slightly sanded during production. This process results in the appearance of a slight superficial line pattern on the front side. Colormat Scripto The Colormat Scripto façade panels are deeply sanded during production, creating a unique contrast on the visible side of the panel. The combination of vertical and horizontal sanding lines produces surprising lines, which give the façade more depth and character. This typical structure is unique and gives the option to creatively play with light and shadow. Colormat Touch The Colormat Touch façade panel feels - and looks - completely different. A unique process gives this façade panel a velvety structure. Colormat Bando The Colormat Bando façade panels have a thickness of 10 mm and are characterised by the repetition of the milled lines. The lines are 2 mm deep and 8 mm wide. They are available in the Colormat Classic and Colormat Scripto version. INSTALLATION Installation according to your wishes Through the years, SVK has developed a variety of methods for fixing façade panels. Each of these techniques guarantees a durable result. Moreover, both visible and invisible fixing are possible with the standard panel thickness of 8 mm. Once again a unique strength of SVK. Invisible fixing For an extra-smooth façade finish or cladding without visible fastening points, opt for concealed fastening for the façade panels. Visible fixing SCREWS All SVK façade panels can be attached with screws to the support structure. For this we use façade panel screws with a coated round head. These are placed perpendicularly in the middle of the predrilled screw holes. However, they must not be placed too tightly, so that some adjustment of the panels is still possible. GLUING SVK façade panels are glued with a gluing system that remains elastic and is specially designed for façade panels. This consists of a double-sided, self-adhesive strip and durable elastic glue. RIVETING All SVK façade panels can be attached to metal support structures using rivets. Screws and rivets are available in the same colour as the façade panel. MECHANICAL FASTENING ON 8 MM FAÇADE PANELS Due to the strength of our panel, you can also use SVK 8 mm façade panels with concealed mechanical fasteners (with Ornimat, Decoboard and Puro Plus). Holes are milled to size on the back side of the façade panels. Panel hooks are attached in these with a tension-free anchor (consisting of a sleeve and a six-sided fastener head). The façade panels are then installed on the support structure using these panel hooks. The result looks stylish and exceptionally smooth. 28 29
