FACILITY: The (FACILITY) is open for booth set up from (TIME AND DATE) All exhibits must be up by (TIME AND DATE). Exhibit hours are (TIME AND DATE). BOOTH: Each booth will be (BOOTH SIZE) ; the back and sides will be black pipe and drape. S hooks will be provided for hanging signs and displays. Please do not hang anything from the booth drapery (i.e. staples, tape or pins). You will receive complimentary tickets to the Conference as part of the booth purchase price. BOOTH FURNISHINGS: At your request, your booth will be provided with 110 volts of power. Please bring your own 50 extension cord and surge protectors if needed. You will also receive one table (TABLE SIZE) with black table cloth and skirting. EXHIBIT SPACE: Maximize your investment by planning a professional and inviting atmosphere. Please do not apply adhesive items to the floor. Aisles, walkways, and overhead spaces must remain open. There is no exchange for monetary value for any items. FEES: Booth prices are (BOOTH COST).
