And the system s search capabilities allow tellers to reference a member account instantly using one of 16 different ways, such as Social Security number, account number, phone number and many others. Efficiency-Boosting Features Advantage streamlines operations and reduces paper-based processes by interfacing to Integrated Media Management s ReceiptXpress, providing a transaction imaging capacity linked to digital signature pads and small-footprint receipt printers. Tellers can capture receipts and member signatures and dynamically store the resulting images as non-editable, indexed PDFs. You can also choose to print signed documents on the spot or send to members via email. Use Advantage document processing to produce a predefined member letter or email right from the workstation, or import member data into an open database connectivity (ODBC) spreadsheet, such as Microsoft Excel or Access, for reporting and tracking. You can also design custom graphical displays to include such unique information as your logo, share and loan rates, or new product information. Improve productivity by launching applications that use Microsoft programming tools, such as Visual Studio,.NET, Visual Basic, Visual Basic for Applications and Visual C+++, passing and storing data from the member database.
