Institutional Framework on CDM THAILAND S S DNA appointed MONRE ONEP Ministry of Natural Resources & Environment (MONRE) as DNA CDM (July 2003) Office of Natural Resources & Environmental Policy & Planning (ONEP) as National focal point ONEP is to coordinate the structuring of CDM operation and management in Thailand
