As intelligent logistics operation complexity it need to described from multi angle and levels, by using of multi-view modeling approach, it can avoid information loss problem caused by single view, thus give a complete description of intelligent logistics operation mode. This paper combines the features of intelligent logistics and fourth party logistics platform, from the five views including organization view, function view, resources view, processes view and information view, gives a set of multi-view modeling references suitable for intelligent logistics operation, and puts forward the operation mode of intelligent logistics based on the fourth party logistics platform. Introduction Intelligent logistics is a kind of service-oriented, intelligence and efficient modern logistics operation, intelligent logistics can't run without the logistics information platform support. This paper will combines the features of intelligent logistics and fourth party logistics platform, integrate modern service management concepts, and logistics management technology such as supply chain management, logistics specialized division of labor, resource consolidation, virtual management etc, as well as information technology such as cloud computing, internet of things, semantic web, high-performance computing, data mining etc, puts forward operation mode of intelligent logistics based on the fourth party logistics platform. Research operation mode of intelligent logistics base on fourth party logistics platform should start with model, because the system model not only can show what system can implement, how the system works,but also can be used to analyze and guide the system to build, manage the enterprise operation [1]. Modeling can be ignored many details that has little effect on the system target, and get a clear and complete abstract model. As intelligent logistics operation complexity it need to described from multi angle and levels, if only by one angle it s difficult to reflect each aspect characteristic and the organic connection, therefore, by using of multi-view modeling approach, it can avoid information loss problem caused by single view, thus give a complete description of intelligent logistics operation mode. This paper will described intelligent logistics operation mode from five views including organization view, function view, resources view, processes view and information view. Organizations view model Organizations view model describes intelligent logistics from the perspective of the organization. It describes the organization object of intelligent logistics, and the links between organization object and other view model, mainly describes the enterprise organizational form, powers, duties, partner enterprise organizations participation and the links between organizational units. Organization services for the enterprise implementation process, reasonable organizational structure are the guarantee for achieving logistics collaboration management agile, flexible and optimized. Organization objects of intelligent logistics base on fourth party logistics platform include logistics service providers, the fourth party logistics platform operation business, customers, management consulting companies, financial and other VAS(value-added service) providers, government, IT technical service providers etc. Each organization can be viewed as an active node, the organization All rights reserved. Each node can process the information flowing through it, the organization or individual in the organizations view responsible for specific execute each business activities, the activity and decision-making ability of the node is the important basis for determine the node position in the organization and resource distribution. Organizations view model of intelligent logistics based on fourth party logistics platform as shown in Fig. 1 Fig. 1: Organizations view model Among them, according to the logistics needs of customers, the logistics service providers can provide all kinds of logistics service, and can be entry into and withdraw from the fourth-party logistics platform according to the concrete conditions. Fourth party logistics platform operation business is the core of intelligent logistics operation, the platform which managed by operation business provide a unique enterprise access point for managers, customers and logistics service providers through data and application integration and personalized control. Through the access point, it can provide the comprehensive business information and applications. It generally organize logistics service chain according to customer requirement, make overall planning for logistics service solutions, response to customer requirements and services through outsourcing, virtual cooperation and the construction of logistics service chain, and realize resources reasonable distribution and best logistics solutions making through optimization of cost, quality and speed for whole supply chain management, in order to improve the logistics system efficiency and reduce logistics costs. Fourth party logistics platform is an information publishing platform, but also a communication platform, meanwhile, the fourth party logistics platform operation business also need manage and maintain the daily operation of the fourth party logistics platform. Customers are the demand persons of service in the intelligent logistics operation process, customers submit or publish logistics service demand information through the fourth party logistics platform, and real-time dynamic monitor the executive condition of the logistics services through the platform, meanwhile, can evaluate performance for implementation of logistics services. Government mainly plays a role in management, guide and regulate. As the management and operation of fourth party logistics platform involve in different management department, industrial and commercial enterprises and logistics companies, to properly deal with relationship of all aspects, it needs coordination and promotion of the government, strengthen the government's macroeconomic management and regulative ability, and support logistics market standardized management. Financial and other value-added service providers mainly provide services such as the banks, insurance, tax affairs, foreign exchange, customs and other VAS, to help users to complete the works of security authentication, online payment, online insurance, clearing fund, and customs bonded through the intelligent logistics platform.

1256 Materials Engineering for Advanced Technologies (ICMEAT 2012) Management consulting company mainly provide advanced management strategies and skills for logistics companies, help companies making scientific planning and management in logistics planning, logistics evaluation, system implementation and training. IT technical service providers provide support for information technology, including network, mobile computing technology, wireless networks transmission, cloud computing, internet of things, data mining, biometric recognition (fingerprint, retina etc.) and intelligent terminals etc. Function view model The function of intelligent logistics information platform is to meet information needs and functional requirements for government departments, logistics companies, industrial and commercial enterprises and other participants at different levels in the logistics system. Function view mainly describes basic functions and interrelationship between the various function modules. Establishment of function model will determine the realize target of intelligent logistics. Description of the function model often use tree structure of the functional decomposition, each tree node is a function module object. The function view model of intelligent logistics operation mode base on fourth party logistics platform mainly include modules of information services, customer service, resource management, transaction process management, collaborative management, decision analysis, government affair management and system management etc. as shown in Fig.2 Fig.2: Function view mode Information services mainly provide the function of information publishing and inquiry, including policies and regulations, industry information, supply and demand information, logistics information and other public information services. Customer service mainly for registered users to provide logistics services information inquiry and consultation, including commercial entity registration, services information search, logistics project consultation, related technical support and member value-added services etc. Resource management major manage transportation resources and various types of logistics service providers in the process of logistics operation and management, including the transport resource management, third-party logistics providers, management consulting companies, IT technology service providers, value-added service providers, intelligent distribution centers, collaborative logistics. Transaction process management major complete various activities in the online transaction process for the logistics enterprise users, Including order management, optimal selection of 3PL, logistics tracking, contract management, financial services, intelligent distribution and other functions [2]. The main function of collaborative management is to coordinate the contradictions and conflicts of logistics activity in the 4PL or between member enterprises, so that coalition parties can cooperate more positive and active, achieving effective integration and distribution of resources, including communication and coordination management, distribution of benefits and risk, risk warning and prediction etc. Decision analysis mainly provides decision support in the aspects of forecasting, planning, scheme evaluation and logistics statistics for logistics enterprises and management department. The main function of government affair management includes government information services, transportation management government, vehicle driver information inquiry etc, the purpose is to strengthen macro-management of the government, and

Systems management mainly realize daily management and maintenance of fourth party logistics platform, including system initialization, user management, privilege management, daily information maintenance and system backup. Resources view model Resource view describes the resource classification, resource composition, resource structure, the link between resources for the operation mode of intelligent logistics [3]. Considered from logistics services and demand information publishing, logistics services transaction process control, planning of logistics integration scheme and the query of logistics execution process, the resource view carry on the modeling for resources that may be involved in the logistics operation and management process. Resources include the fourth party logistics platform, visual logistics process management network, intelligent distribution center, data analysis and application center, technical resources, human resources, external resources and so on. The resources view model of intelligent logistics operation mode base on the fourth party logistics platform as shown in Fig.3 Fig.3: Resources view model Among them, the fourth party logistics platform is the basic resource of intelligent logistics, mainly provide resource services for logistics services and demand information publishing, planning of logistics integration scheme and the query of logistics execution process etc. including goods resources, transportation resources, order resources, storage resources, equipment resources and information resources database needed for 4PL platform, such as logistics resource information database, services database, logistics knowledge database, algorithm database, whole logistics solutions scheme database etc; Visual logistics process management network provide resource services for logistics services transaction process and control, using the technology such as GPS, RFID and sensor, to achieve logistics process visual management for real-time vehicle location, logistic transportation monitor, on-line scheduling and distribution through data center; Intelligent distribution center provide resources services for logistics execution process, through intelligent transportation system (ITS), mobile computing and other advanced technologies, completing stowage planning, transportation routes and vehicle scheduling decisions, make full use of conveyance rated capacity and reduce the no-load rate and the selling cost of logistics enterprise, improve their own efficiency and management level; Data analysis and application center provide decision-making resources for the intelligent logistics, it is data processing and service center, and is also the intelligent important characteristics in the age of the internet of things, It sends back the collected information to different parts of the system via complicated re-processing, and makes coordinated, optimized countermeasures, in addition, data analysis center can complete micro logistics information forecast and macro logistics statistical analysis, through the using of data mining technology, we can not only improve scientific of decision-making for the government's macro-management and decision but also greatly promote accuracy of logistics forecasting and decision-making; Technical resources mainly provide technical services for intelligence logistics, including mobile grid positioning technology, automatic identification technology, internet of things

1258 Materials Engineering for Advanced Technologies (ICMEAT 2012) technology, cargo tracking technology, logistics operation technology, intelligent terminals, cloud computing and information management technology and so on; Human resource include various talents of management, technology and market etc. Finally, resource view also includes some of external resources, it mainly refer to organizations or systems which provide value-added business services for intelligent logistics, including telecommunications, customs, banks, ITS, government and trade association etc, they exchange information and sharing resources with intelligent logistics through authorization, cooperation, alliances and sharing etc. Information view model Information view describes information entity, information structure, information processing and information coordination in the intelligent logistics operation mode from the perspective of information relation. As organizations view define the collaborative relationships of member enterprises, thus in certain extent Information transfer relationships has been determined in the intelligent logistics management. Information view model not only requires describing the data structure of information entity for database design, but also needs to describe and solve the problem of information transfer and sharing, which provide the basis for interface design of information exchange among the members. Information entities on the intelligent logistics operation mode include policy and regulatory information, supply and demand information, industry trends and news, logistics information, logistics enterprise integrated information, order information, inventory information, transportation information, cargo tracking information, financial services information, forecasting information and so on. Because of more information entities and complex information structures, therefore it needs standardized modeling and description to solve the problem of information transfer and sharing. Meanwhile, the properties of information entities should be defined several items for information sharing and integration, through these links properties items to solve the problem of information transfer and sharing. Process view model Process view modeling mainly describes organization business process according to the process goals and system constraints. It uses projects, tasks, processes, active object to carry on the modeling of intelligent logistics running from transaction point of view, a business process can be understood as a series of request / service operation between a set of objects, so you can model using object-oriented method. Advanced Materials Research Vols. 631-632 1259 Intelligent logistics operation mode based on fourth party logistics platform achieve rapid response to market opportunities and customer needs through business process management, control and optimization of logistics services and information dissemination, logistics service transaction process control, inquiry of logistics execution process, the formulation of logistics integration scheme and so on. Therefore, it must be have a optimized operation and control mechanisms in order to make information patency of system running, convenient for management and control, convenient for absorb logistics resources into the system, and organic integration of system and outside resource. The process model of intelligent logistics operation mode based on fourth party logistics platform as shown in Fig. 4 Conclusion In this paper, through multi-angle and multi-level we have described intelligent logistics operation mode based on fourth party logistics platform from five aspects: organizational view, resource view, information view, function view and process view. In these multi-view relations, the process view is the core, through the action in the process view model to achieve integrating with organization view, resource view, function view and information view. In the process of specific realization, you can defined several property items in the action of process view for information sharing and integration,these property items corresponding to the roles of organization views, the resources of resources view, the action information of information view, the functional unit of function view, through these links property items can achieve multi-view integration. With development of information technology and intelligent technology, logistics distribution network will be more intelligent, supply chain will be more agile, the traditional logistics industry will welcome in a new development opportunities.
