Serve as a liaison to employees, administration, the Board and as a district Compliance Officer. Develop and coordinate general employee training programs related to general knowledge topics. 4. Establish and provide compensation and benefit packages for new employees, including handbooks for compensation, benefits, and employment. 5. Develop procedures for, an conduct, exit interviews; analyze data and make recommendations to the management team for corrective action and continuous improvement. 6. Administer, coordinate, and monitor the district workers compensation, unemployment compensation, health and benefit plans/programs and represent the district at any respective hearings. 7. Participate in the district safety committee and district wellness committee. 8. Maintain a working relationship with union officials. 9. Monitor certification issues and tenure of professional staff. 10. Manage and maintain statistical employment data on all staff and develop a system for personnel records. 11. Participate in and formulate wage and benefits surveys. 12. Prepare and process payroll data for all employees annually and administer employee benefits. 13. Develop and maintain personnel policy and procedures; assist the Superintendent with district policy management. 14. Coordinate the production of collective bargaining agreements, position vacancy notices, prospective employee packets, and employee evaluation forms. 15. Develop and maintain the personnel function budget. 16. Serve on resource and labor relations negotiating team, Act 93 team, and various meet and discuss committees. 17. Serve as compliance officer for Title VI and Title IX, Section 504, and ADA requirements. 18. Ensure compliance with Department of Education certifications and personnel regulations, and all other state and federal employment laws and regulations. 19. Act as liaison for other professional personnel members in the area and other districts.
