Administer, coordinate, and monitor the district workers compensation, unemployment compensation, health and benefit plans/programs and represent the district at any respective hearings. 7. Participate in the district safety committee and district wellness committee. 8. Maintain a working relationship with union officials. 9. Monitor certification issues and tenure of professional staff. 10. Manage and maintain statistical employment data on all staff and develop a system for personnel records. 11. Develop and maintain personnel policy and procedures; assist the Superintendent with district policy management. 14. Coordinate the production of collective bargaining agreements, position vacancy notices, prospective employee packets, and employee evaluation forms. 15. Develop and maintain the personnel function budget. 16. Serve on resource and labor relations negotiating team, Act 93 team, and various meet and discuss committees. 17. Serve as compliance officer for Title VI and Title IX, Section 504, and ADA requirements. 18.
