SEMINARS LINGOFACTO S MANAGEMENT TEAM Brad STOCK Entrepreneur, Business Coach and Motivational Speaker President and Founder of LingoFacto Brad STOCK, originally from Missouri, created his first start-up, called Linguissimo, at the age of 24 in Strasbourg, France. He built the company from scratch to 30 employees in 3 cities. After 18 years of steady growth and profitable operations, he sold the company in 2006. During that time, he worked with thought leaders and corporate executives in many different industries to help them to craft their messages regarding business strategies, leadership programs and HR management. He has coached business leaders in electronics, banking, pharmaceuticals and medical devices, the automotive sector, agrofoods and many others. Brad has successfully performed missions in the UK, France, Germany, Switzerland, The Czech Republic, Canada and the United States. He leads seminars and consulting missions on subjects such as public speaking, speech writing, building and expressing sales arguments, creativity, collective intelligence and teambuilding. He is a strong supporter of entrepreneurship and has created and/or invested in more than 10 startups over the past 25 years. Brad is extensively involved in thought leadership and transatlantic business. He is the Vice-Président of EACC in Rhone-Alps (European-American Chamber of Commerce). In this capacity, he often speaks in public on topics such as Franco-American relational efficacy and hosts trade delegations from various states to help explore business opportunities in Europe and make strategic contacts. Liz ASCHERL Entrepreneur, Communications and English Trainer CEO of LingoFacto Dynamic, versatile, responsive and with a strong entrepreneurial spirit, Liz ASCHERL has evolved rapidly during her 20-year career. A trainer in English and German at the beginning of her career, she then evolved to take over the management of a training organization composed of 60 trainers, 5 sales managers and 5 sites with a turnover of around 1.4 M. In this context, she was fully responsible for the financial and operational management of the company. She recruited the employees and led the teams of trainers and sales staff. A British citizen who has lived in the United States, she has lived in France for over 20 years. As a result, she is familiar with the business culture of France, the United Kingdom and the United States, and masters both the French and English languages perfectly. In addition, Liz speaks fluent German. She has trained hundreds of professionals over the course of her career, enabling them to communicate more effectively in English and thus perform better in their job. She completed an Executive MBA program (Essec-Mannheim Business School) in September 2016 and was best in class. Liz is a co-pilot for the Women s Business Lunches for Est elles Executive, a women s professional association in the east of France.
