The Value of the Wonderware System Integrator Partner Program We Provide the Platform to Engage The purpose of the Wonderware System Integrator Partner Program is to attract, support and retain skilled System Integrator (SI) partners to deliver highly productive solutions to end-users, utilizing the market-leading Wonderware software solutions. The Wonderware SI Partner Program is a multi-tier support system that recognizes participants by their level of experience and certifications with Wonderware products, delivery capabilities, and industry-related expertise. In addition, SI partner organizations have access to a robust methodology to nurture the skills and expertise of employees that provides a competitive edge in delivering successful projects and retaining high-quality employees. Our goal is to provide our mutual customers with expertise close-at-hand, no matter where they are in the world. We Validate Partner Expertise The Competency Program provides training and certification opportunities for our SI partners, and we encourage end-users to require that their preferred partners gain the highest levels of delivery expertise and product certification. SIs that are certified by the program have experience with a wide range of technologies from instrumentation to valves, from single-loop control to distributed and supervisory control, from manufacturing execution systems to supplychain planning and enterprise management systems. Platform to Grow and Differentiate Your Business Our Partner Program offers three distinct levels Registered, Certified and Endorsed in recognition of the range of business performance and technical capabilities of our System Integrator community. The premier delivery partners in the SI Partner Program are Endorsed System Integrators. This is an invitation only level for companies who have validated technical excellence, multiple years of certification and project management experience with Wonderware solutions, combined with high levels of customer service. These authorization levels combined with Wonderware brand provide a key differentiator for our SI community in the market. We actively promote our SI Partner community through our online Solutions Partner Directory and individual SI Partner profile pages, regional campaigns, automation industry events, publications and associations. Endorsed SI Partners are also provided with the opportunity for presenting, networking and knowledge building at key partner and customer events that we host each year at the global and regional level. Platform for Reward With the Wonderware SI Partner program the more you invest in your Wonderware practice the more opportunities your company has to move up to the higher levels and gain higher rewards. 06 07 Partner Classifications Within the wide network of of Ecosystem partners, we recognize that SIs play a critical role in delivering, integrating and maintaining Wonderware solutions. As such, Invensys certifies SIs according to a tiered system, based on experience with specific products, proven industry expertise, and markets served. Only those SIs with proven technical excellence, customer service and integrity participate in our Certified and Endorsed SI Partner program levels, and we maintain strong relationships with them so that they are knowledgeable about upcoming product releases, support updates and other information critical to the mutual success of customer projects. With this extensive support, we ensure that these SIs are able to provide customers with the highest quality service. SIs can enter the program at a range of levels. Registered SI Partner The entry level to the program, the Registered SI tier, fits organizations that simply need to have access to a development system and the basic resources to deliver a successful project. To participate, SIs should contact their local Wonderware Distributor, who in turn sponsors the SI and application to join the Wonderware SI Partner Program. As part of the local on-boarding process the SI may attend product training through their sponsoring Authorized Wonderware Distributor. A Registered Partner has: Received distributor sponsorship Completed enrollment into the Wonderware SI program Certified SI Partner (multiple levels) For those companies who want to fully-leverage the benefits of the Wonderware System Integrator Partner Program, the program certifies SIs who have proven project delivery using certain products, integrating solutions on our System Platform, or with particular vertical industry applications or technology toolkits. A Certified Partner has: Validated technical proficiency in one or more product categories (multiple certifications are available) Multiple fully-trained and Certified Developers for at least two products Demonstrated multiple successful implementations of current Wonderware products in the first year, with continuing implementations annually SI Partner Site Certifications The SI Partner Program recognizes certification in multiple product areas. Certifications are based on a stepped-system. An SI Partner starts with the Wonderware InTouch Software Certified Partner Level. With more experience a Partner can move on to Wonderware System Platform Certification, and fully engage with Schneider Electric on MES opportunities through system certification as a Wonderware Operations Software and/or Wonderware Performance Software Certified Partner. Our web listing for certified SIs reflects the total number of Certified Developers for each product area. Customers will therefore see the depth of resources offered by an SI. Endorsed SI Partner The Endorsed SI Partner level of the Wonderware System Integrator Program is designed for those Partners who have demonstrated the greatest commitment to building a strong Wonderware software practice within their business. Endorsed SI Partners are among the best-in-class in providing our mutual customers with comprehensive software solutions that increase customer efficiency, reduce costs and maximize customer profits. Invitation Only The Endorsed SI level is by invitation and requires sponsorship by the Regional Schneider Electric software channel team. Only companies with the following capabilities are open for consideration: Multiple years of certification and project management experience on our platform products. An exclusive relationship with the Wonderware software business practice teams Met target criteria in a range of business, operational and delivery performance areas Dedicated Account Management All Endorsed SI Partners are provided with dedicated account support. As a result Endorsed SI Partners are most heavily engaged in joint-business planning activities with Schneider Electric software regional sales and distribution teams. This relationship also provides Endorsed SIs with knowledge about existing products, upcoming product releases, technical support updates and other information that is critical to the successful delivery of customer projects. Wonderware Certified Developer Program For an SI to achieve the various levels of certification in the Wonderware System Integrator Partner Program, the company must have multiple Certified Developers on staff. The certification process is governed by our Certified Developer Program, which provides examinations on a broad array of products ranging from Wonderware InTouch HMI to Wonderware Operations and Wonderware Performance, as well as Toolkits, Industry Applications and other software offering brands. Exams are designed to challenge developers and to measure their mastery of the technology area being evaluated. Applying for Certified Developer Certification Prospective Certified Developers must apply for exams through their local distributor of Wonderware products. Certified Developer exams are online technical exams. Certified Developer exams are available at the System Integrator Resource Center along with other technical resources. Once a registrant has obtained a Certified Developer User ID from their sponsoring Wonderware Distributor, the developer will have access to all product exams and will receive their results immediately. Upon passing the exam, the Developer will receive a Certified Developer I.D. card by mail listing all certifications, and will be able to gain access to our support knowledgebase and, unique to this program, have access to Level 2 technical support from Schneider Electric Global Customer senior support engineers. Purchased annual consignment subscription and support Completed product-specific training (local requirements vary) Our close collaboration with the Endorsed SI Partner community drives towards consistent global service standards and achieve high levels of competitive success.

08 09 Wonderware Software Consignments All Partners are required to purchase product consignment upon initial registration as a Registered SI Partner. To the right are samples of software consignments packages and consignment policies Consignment Policies SI Partners must be registered to purchase consignments, and those consignments must be purchased from the local Authorized Wonderware Distributor. Consignments must be complemented by a Agreement. The Consignments and Agreements are subscriptions that must be maintained, renewed and paid annually. Consignment subscription license files expire after twelve months and must be replaced annually by renewing the consignment and support. Software Consignment and Packages There are a range of consignments available to ensure the highest level of program flexibility. Some examples follow for your reference. Please work with your local Authorized Wonderware Distributor to determine how to customize a plan that best meets your needs. Advanced Demo Consignment Subscription This is an expanded capability provided as a convenience to Partners who create and support applications that include Wonderware MES Operations and Performance Toolkits. Advanced Demo Consignment Subscription and includes: Wonderware Development Studio Demo Consignment, plus MES Consignment Wonderware QI Analyst Wonderware Operations and Performance Wonderware InBatch Server Toolkit Package Consignment (All Toolkits include new ArchestrA Object Toolkit.) Joining The Program Partner Policies and Responsibilities System Integrators enroll in the program through sponsorship by an authorized Wonderware Distributor. Regardless of where a Partner is located worldwide, the program will be administered using a common set of protocols by a Distributor that is local to the SI Partner. Authorized Wonderware Distributors will engage with a local Schneider Electric software regional sales manager to refer potential SIs, and will jointly be responsible for ensuring SIs enroll properly, participate, and abide by program policies and procedures. Registered SIs will be encouraged to seek certifications for the products with which they most often work.
