Aw1 FULLY AUTOMATIC WEB FED FILLER The Flexifill AW1 is a compact fully auto Web Fed Bag-in-Box filler capable of filling a wide range of products from 2 litres to 20 litres. The filler has as standard full C.I.P. & S.I.P. modes and can be steam sterilised. A vacuum system to provide optimum air level is also standard. Aw1 OUTFEED OPTIONS Fig. 2 Fig. 1 Auto-Loader The Flexifill Auto-Loader module enables automatic bag into box loading and can be supplied with or added to any AW1 style machine. The Auto-Loader is supplied with its own box stop and clamp units to allow full integratation with automatic carton erection and closure machines. Change parts can be supplied to enable the loading of different size boxes. The Auto-Loader is available in extended format to enable automatic loading from two fillers. See Fig.2 Conveying Driven slat conveyors can be supplied to suit customers particular configuration. Gravity Outfeed Gravity outfeed modules can be supplied in either straight or 90 bend units to allow for the downstream packing of bags into boxes or crates. All modules are manufactured from stainless steel to a very high standard with CE conformity.

Mf1 MANUAL FILLER Manually operated table top filler designed for low level production or for the filling of small batches of product to validate product. Can be supplied with tap pickup to remove and insert fitment from bag or fitment can be removed by hand and machine used to simply insert it fully into bag. Aw1 ASEPTIC PILOT FILLER We offer a design, manufacture and commissioning service for Bag-in-Box pilot filler systems. Pilot fillers permit the filling of small batches of product in laboratory or test situations to validate product or production studies. These fillers are equally applicable to product packers, brand owners and experimental institutions.
