1 Explanation of Prevalent Safety Management System Ezatollah Asghari*, Ahmad Reza Ghasemi**, Mohammad Taghi Jafarzadeh***, Mohammad Sadegh Behrooz**** 1 Safety is one of the main sub management systems in hazardous industry. So sustainable development and competitiveness of Industrial Corporation depend on proper institualization with regard to petrochemicalindustriesnecessities. To achievementioned goal in the first step performance criteria and sub criteria, Then by Meta analyzing previous researches criteria weights were identified.finally by DEMATEL-ANP mixed method safety management system (SMS) were ranked. Result of research reveals that safety culture, process and employ are the main criteria, in addition OHSAS18001, ANSIZ10 an HSG65 arethe most preferable SMS in mentionedcase. It is obvious that implementation of each management system depend on time, cost and desired quality. In this research Because of our Islamic world view and thought, employee safety and health trade off by time and cost criteria were surrendered. 2 Conglomerate Diversification Strategy Mohammad Hosein Abouei*, Seyed Mohammad Reza Razmi** 1 One of the kinds of strategies that organizations can adopt to develop their business, is conglomerate diversification strategy. The right selection this strategy when organizations have high financial and managerial ability, will increases organization competitive advantage. This study aims to prioritize and selection the best conglomerate diversification strategy for andishe gostar khayyam firm due SWOT analysis. This firm due to its high ability to manage the company, has decided to establish a new business. To achieve this goal, in this study, ANP and Dematel techniques in fuzzy coditions is used. In this study, the interviews with the experts and the firm's strengths and weaknesses and the opportunities and threats that affecting in the selection strategy were determined. Then the network model for investigation due current literature and determined factors was drew and The investigation questionnaire was distributed between experts. Ultimately, the best conglomerate diversification strategy obtained and results for administration sent and the firm implement selected strategy. 3 Evaluating of Effectiveness of the Strategic Planning Mohammad Reza Motadel*, Mohammad Mahdi Jafarimanesh** 1 In today s complex and competitive business environment, success of organizations depend on their knowledge of their strengths and weakness and continuous improvement in their key indicators. So, achievement to a comprehensive evaluation model is the major concern of the managers of these organizations that it can help them to obtain an accurate picture of their organization and its performance. The Balanced Scored Card (BSC) is one of the efficient evaluation models that, in addition to financial evaluating of organization, it evaluates the performance of the organization from customer, internal process and learning and growth dimensions. In this study, by using the BSC and fuzzy AHP method, the effectiveness of the case study company s strategic planning has been evaluated. For this purpose, the existing gap in performance of different BSC s perspectives has been identified and then factors that contribute to creating these gaps have been ranked. 4 Measurement of Innovation in Holding Companies Seyed Mohammad Mirmohammadi*, Mohammad Mahdi Izadkhah**, Seyed Mohammad Hossein Hosseini*** 1 Structure of holding firms become usual in many countries specially IRI. Born of this companies enhance creating asset value by synergy in subordinate firms. On the other hand in today dynamic and uncertain environment vital factor for companies is achieving competitive advantage. Innovation and creativity ease gaining competitive advantage. So characterizing innovation and creativity and aligning them with firm goals to conduct effective competitive strategies would be important issue. In result on of main process in holding firms is developing innovation and creativity through subordinate firms which could guaranty success in them. One of the most important tasks of the best holding firms is to develop the innovation through measuring it in subordinate and choosing the most innovative firm. In this article we discuss concepts and aspects of the model to evaluate innovation and effectiveness in subordinates. 5 Strategic Knowledge Software Methodology to Develop the Organizational Safety Mohammad Reza Hamidizadeh* 1 The paper's aim is to explain the software methodology for strategic knowledge to enhance the organizational safety which it can in turn be to improve the organizational plans achievements. The usage of knowledge software methodology is to provide the ground of imagination, innovation, thinking and feeling, attention and intuition map to O.S's development (SOD). Then, the paper tried to provide a strategy formulation to develop a four dimensions model as we said "SHABA". Our challenges are the O.S's tardiness for personnel and organizational thinking, mind and honor problems. We tried to use the theory building mechanism to formulate the four theories of thought, mind, honor architecture and related mechanism by its principals and propositions. The research procedure involves the six steps: anatomy, reasoning, analysis, explanation, approach and resulting. Finally, we recommend to implement the software reengineering for the ideas and approaches at the level of organizational and personnel's works and activities. It is necessary to institutionalize the O.S's patterns by policy making and legitimating. Therefore, we can enhance the velocity of the multi-dimensions of O.S's readiness for Iranian organization. 6 Performance Evaluation of Stone Export Abolghasem Ebrahimi*, Zahra Jaferi**, Ayob ahmadi***, Leila Nasrolahi Vosta**** 1 This study was aimed to investigate the weakness factors of Lorestan stone export based on Porter's Diamond Model. The statistical population of the study experts and managers associated with export and managers of manufacturing firms and export stone in Lorestan. In this study, In this study, due to limited statistical population a census method for was used to collect data and 39 question questionnaires were designed by the researcher the alpha coefficient was 84% Information obtained from the questionnaires. The t test revealed that according to Porter's Diamond Model, six factors including the internal factors, domestic demand conditions, related and supporting industries, firm strategy, structure and rivalry, events unforeseen and government role are effective in weakness factors of Lorestan stone export. The Friedman test shows that factors associated with government role the greatest impact and factors associated with demand conditions the lowest impact are in weakness factors of Lorestan stone export.
