Colts fans, we are pleased to utilize a state of the art 3D virtual venue that will allow you to participate in our relocation process online instead of the paper form. This unique and interactive tool will provide you the ability to view and select the best available seats according to your individual preferences directly from your computer, all based upon your seniority. It will also allow you to access available seating any time after your appointment day and time so you can continue to search and relocate to your preferred seating locations for the upcoming season. Access to the online relocation tool will be accessible via My Colts Online Account Manager. We encourage you to take a few moments to read through this instruction manual so you can familiarize yourself with this new process. If you feel uneasy about using this interactive tool or do not have access to your My Colts Online Account Manager, don t hesitate to contact your Colts representative. As always, all potential seating assignments are subject to ticket availability. If you require accessible seating, please contact your Colts Ticket Office by calling (317) 297-7000. STEP 1: MY COLTS ACCOUNT MANAGER LOGIN To log in to your Colts Ticket Account, enter your email address and password. If you have forgotten or lost your password, click on the Forgot Your Password link and it will be emailed to your email address on file. Select the Seat Relocation icon to begin the online relocation process. 2
STEP 2: SEAT SELECTION Confirm the season tickets you would like to relocate for the 2018 season by checking the box next to each seat. Click Continue at the bottom when you re done. 3
STEP 3: SEAT AVAILABILITY Once you click the icon, you will be taken to the Indianapolis Colts Seating Chart at Lucas Oil Stadium via the Virtual Venue tool. The navigator tab is located to the left where you can choose between different aerial views. Available seats are colored GREEN for purchase and RED seats are not available for purchase. Hovering over the seating areas with your mouse will activate a small window containing section information, including Section, Row, Price and Seats Available in that section. 4
STEP 4: CHOOSE AN AVAILABLE SEAT LOCATION A Zoom & Pan tool is provided above to zoom in and out of the current seat section. Clicking a seat will open up the necessary seat information, as well as a complete 360 degree view. To look around, simply hold down the mouse over the view and drag. When you are ready to select seats, click Add to Cart and each selected seat will turn YELLOW. Guidelines for Selecting and Holding Seats: Please pay attention to the guidelines below for selecting and holding seats. If your selection doesn t follow the guidelines, the system will not allow you toselect seats. 1. Every aisle seat must be purchased with at least one adjacent seat. 2. Single seats cannot be left. (ie. You may not choose 2 of 3 available seats). 3. Accessible (ADA) seating must be done through the Colts ticket office by calling (317) 297-7000. Please note: If you are purchasing greater than two seats, you will need to add your first selection (seats) to your cart via pop-up screens. You will then need to go BACK to the available screen to select additional 5 seats. Seats can only be added to your cart in increments of (1) or (2). You will then proceed to checkout.
STEP 5: CONFIRM YOUR NEW SEAT LOCATION To confirm and hold your new seat(s) selection, click the checkout tab to your right and review your new seat information. Click the CONTINUE button when you re ready to proceed. 6
SEAT RELOCATION PROCESS STEP 6: REVIEW AND ACCEPT YOUR SELECTION You re almost done. Review your final cart items and click HOLD SEATS to complete the ordering process. You will be given two options for making payment. You can either pay the balance in full (minus your deposit) OR you can select the two-payment installment option. If you select the payment plan, you will be required to pay 50% of your balance now and your credit card will be charged automatically for the remaining balance on May 15th. DELIVERY: All season tickets will be shipped directly to you via FedEx in late July. 7
STEP 7: PAYMENT OPTIONS Review Your Purchase: 1. Click the accept button at the bottom right-hand corner once you review your selection. 2. Select Delivery Method of "FedEx" 3. Select your choice of payment options: Single payment (pay in full) or 2018 Payment plan which will allow you to pay in two installments. Click Continue to enter your credit card information. 8
